Great Place to Stay!

Great stay, with comfortable room, pool, hot-tub. The covered/secure parking was excellent, and the room was spotless. Very Nice room and great breakfast!

It was good

We got GREAT help from the folks at the front desk -- they were very friendly and showed no annoyance ever when we asked questions. The room was clean and nice. The reason I gave it a "4" on comfort has to do with lack of adequate light for sitting and reading -- something most hotels have in common. We ended up NOT using the shuttle as our schedule changed, but would have enjoyed that as well.

Great hotel

Very comfortable hotel with nice gathering spaces. The room was large and updated. The free hotel shuttle took us to the space needle and the Pike Place Market. Very convenient!

LOCATION, VIEW!

Had it all! reasonable prise, good breakfast, coffee tea service all day, parking, indoor swiming pool, fitness room, tv, Late check out, Good location, close to the main attractions around the city. GREAT VIEW! had 2 kids w/us they had lots of things to do. I a;ready recommended to my co-workers. Mar

Plan to use this hotel again, free parking, great location, comfortable bed, quiet and clean, nice room!!!! Staff are excellent, free shuttle to different attractions .

Value and quality in one location

This property is convenient for me while in Seattle for short stays, usually moving on to other places. The rooms are large, well organized and the breakfast is good, in a bright location. The amenities in the hotel are helpful for a quick or longer stay; laundry, computer, breakfast, pool close indoor parking. Staff is usually well informed and helpful, the shuttle service is another nice amenity. Good place to stay for families or single travelers with and automobile. An in-room safe deposit would be nice. The desk offers free deposit boxes although small.

Loved it!

Absolutely no complaints. Bed was amazingly comfortable (never wanted to get out of it). Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic experience.

Great room, great service, lots of extras

We booked a Deluxe Water Room King room through Hotels.com, and were extremely satisfied. We were greeted by the friendliest staff we've encountered in our travels, and were very happy with our room on the 4th floor. Great views of Lake Union (although we would have appreciated a larger window), a large, modern room, and many "extras" that other hotels would have charged an arm and a leg for. The room had a gigantic flat-screen TV, a comfortable couch, 2 sinks, a fridge and microwave, and was clean and tastefully furnished. Free parking, 24 hr pool and fitness center, and a small 24 hr gift shop with snacks and beverages. Aveda products throughout the bathroom. A very comprehensive free breakfast: hard boiled eggs, cheese, bagels, pastries, juice and coffee, belgian waffles, cereal, yogurt, and more. The hotel is conveniently located, and although we didn't take advantage of it, the free shuttle could be a real convenience. All in all, we were very satisfied, and would highly recommend this hotel to other Seattle-bound travelers. We will certainly stay there again in the future.

Great room with view!

Good value for Seattle... MBR & LR with lake views & plasma TV's from both rooms. No onsite restaurant at any Silver Clouds (I've only stayed at 2) but continental breakfast in the AM and plenty nearby.
