Great Property and Location

The only drawback for me is that I am 5'2 and the beds are on a high platform. I had to use a chair to get into the bed. The hotel should provide one of those wood bed stepstools.Also, if you have difficulty getting into a deep tub, you will need to stay in a room that has a seperate shower. The room with a sep shower also gives you a much larger room, full kitchen and prvt hot tub, well worth the difference in cost.

Worth the money

We had two adults and one child. The hotel is a perfect size for a small family. The couch pulls out into a bed. My daughter loved the swimming pool and the private hot tub on the balcany. There was a grocery store and restuarants within walking distance. We were only about ten minutes away from Park City Mountain Resourt where we spent our time. Having a small kitchen and washer and dryer in the room met all of our needs. We would stay there again.

good value

Got a last minute special and the facility looked nice. Overall was pleased, the hotel is in a new area with shopping nearby and 3 ski resorts within 10 minute drive. Facility was clean and staff was friendly. What I didnt like was that there was no restaurant in the hotel. Also our room was laid out so that the air vent was directly above the bed pointed down from the ceiling. They need to adjust as it creates a draft

Great Place!

Beautiful condo surrounded by great places to eat and wonderful scenery. Can't beat the facilities at the price.

Awesome Hotel

This hotel/resort exceeded my expectations! The pictures listed are very accurate. The rooms are very nice, clean, and spacious! The bathroom is VERY large with a big tub. The fireplace in the room was just perfect for the weather there. The pool/hot tub/sauna was fantastic! The staff was excellent as well. Always greeted us as we came in and was quick to give information,directions, and recommendations when asked. The locale is great...next to all kinds of restaurants, the Olympic Park, about 5 min away from ski resorts. Have told all my friends about Newpark Resort and will definitely stay here again when I return!

Great room for the money!

My wife and I and our two young children stayed in the smallest room the hotel had to offer for $139 plus tax/night. The room worked fine for our small family, but would be way too small for a family with teenagers. Like the rooms, we found the hotel lobby and meeting areas to be very attractive and inviting, very zen-like. Its facilities were very nice: indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi, workout room, etc. The larger rooms come with their own jacuzzi on the balcony! Its proximity to nearby restaurants and shops is great, easy walking distance to all. I highly recommend Maxwell's restaurant downstairs -excellent pizza!

Great room for the money

We had a deluxe guestroom, it was perfect for us, two adults and one eight year old. It was so close to everything and it was a very nice hotel. We couldn't have had a better time. The massage shower was so relaxing I took two showers a day. The in room coffee was great too. I would not recommend our room if you have more than 2 adults, it might be a bit cramped if you do. But for the price you could not beat the quality or comfort. We would definately recommend the hotel and the Park City Area!!!!

New Hotel

This is a very nice hotel. When we went they were not fully completed with construction so some things were not in place. However, I would gladly go back any time.

Excellent value for money

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Newpark Hotel. We stayed in the hotel, in one of the "second" bedrooms (internal room, one window to small central air vent area). The room was large, had small kitchen and big bathroom - importantly, very well priced (we don't spend much time in our room). There was a free luxury bus three times each morning to the ski fields, with nothing more than 20 minutes away and easy pick up in the afternoon. The hotel is also on the free public bus route. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Great place in Park City area

The Newpark hotel was a delight, from the heated floor in the huge bathroom, the plasma TV to the great facilities in the pool/sauna/steam room/hot tub/exercise area. Great room. great facilities and a great staff - highly recommended! P.S. Put a microwave in the kitchenette!

Hotel Outstanding Service needs improvement

The hotel quality was wonderful. The service level needs attention. I sent a email to the general manager and never heard back from him. At check in I had to as for everything, The room was not clean at 3:30 in the afternoon when we returned from Skiiing. I had to ask to get it cleaned. Information packet was not given at check in nor was it in the room , had to ask. If the management can get a handal on Service it will be outstanding. Everything is new.
