Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 1 of 7Hidden Gem
I've stayed at other Park City hotels but this will be a repeat. What a find! My kids are already begging to return. Very close to the outlets - our purpose for the trip. This hotel is at the far end of a shopping center (don't be fooled, it's super elegant) and our room overlooked a park and greenbelt where there happened to be a concert that night. You can get a great meal and sit outside to eat it. We sat in the hot tub on the balcony and enjoyed the music and watching people dance and kids playing. Such a great time! We stayed in the two room deluxe - such luxury. The beds were incredible - even the pull out sleepers. The hotel clerk was genuine and friendly, not snooty. Everything about this hotel (craftsmanship, service, surroundings) is top notch.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 7Perfect fit!
Beautiful accomodations. We had stayed in the smaller room last visit to Park City. This time we chose the bigger suite with 1 bedroom. Upon checking in, we phoned the desk to ask for the room configuration with the separate bedroom space (we had a 17 yo son with us) and we were easily directed to another room. Loved the kitchenette. Close proximity to stores for dining in or out. We will definitely return on future visits!!

The rooms were clean and new but don't look around for help or services, there is none.

outstanding value for first class accomodations. Good location...10 minutes from skiing at Kimball Junction, 35 minutes from airport, Indoor, outdoor pool & jacuzzie, but just used the private hot tub on our deck (be sure to get "deluxe room", otherwise you have an interior room with no or very small window)

The Newpark is a new hotel located about 3 miles outside of Park City. The hotel is in a developing area within walking distance of several restaurants, a movie theatre, grocery store and Starbucks. The rooms are very nicely appointed and very comfortable. I highly recommend the rooms with the kitchen and the hot tub. The smaller rooms located behind the larger rooms do not have a balcony and do not have windows to the outside. You are approximately 3 miles outside of downtown Park City but the city bus system stops right outside the hotel. The hotel has coach bus service to all three ski resorts on a daily basis which is very reliable and comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but next time I may stay closer to Main Street.

Very nice new hotel on the fringe of Park City. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located just outside of Park City in a new developing area across from the Olympic Park. Getting to the ski areas is fairly easy as they have arranged coach bus service to all of the local ski areas. There are three departure times in the am and two pick ups in the pm. The area around the hotel is being developed and there are several restaurants a movie theatre grocery store post office etc. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel but you do have to travel to get in and out of Main street in Park City.

The Hotels.com ad referenced hot tubs in the rooms. Not there. The hotel's web site doesn't say anything about hot tubs, but it does say fully equipped kitchen. There were dishes, coffee maker and a refrigerator, but no microwave. Even the cheap seats offer microwaves! We got "To Go" boxes at lunch, but couldn't reheat, we were disappointed. :o(
