Good room for money

Price more than fair. Room fairly clean. Bed comfort really poor.

Great room for the money

I found the interior as well as the exterior neat and clean with easy access to many commercial amenities.

this place was beyond my expectations

I really never expected my room to be as clean, and comfortable as it was for the very reasonable rate I paid...The room was well stocked with everything i needed...it even inlcuded coffee and a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and a safe....two clean comfortable beds...for $ 45...it was a STEAL...

My stay in Orlando

My stay in Orlando was only an over-nighter, I actually checked in after 10pm. The room was fine for the price and what I expected after driving thru the neighborhood, which was rough. I would not have stayed there alone if I was a woman. The room smelled soooooo bad from heavy mildew and mold it was really disgusting. I didn't think the place seemed really dirty, it had clean sheets etc, but the it was an old hotel with a lot of weather wear. The foul odor was really hard to deal with. The staff we're professional and friendly

Area Undesireable

Hotel was nice. But you have to be cautious when every room in the hotel has visible signs of forced entry.
