The Radisson was an overall great hotel. The only thing I can say bad about it is its parking structure is under construction so there is limited parking. Otherwise the rooms are nice the staff is excellent and the area aroung it is ok.

I really appreciated and enjoyed this Hotel.Everyone treated me and my dear friend with respect and love. As soon as I arrived to the Front Desk, I received great customer service.. All my expectations were satisfied. The food in the restaurant was excellent! The Hostess and the waiter did a superb job.. They displayed respect and honor. I just loved the bed.. It was so comfortable.. I want to come back to this Hotel, soon..

Room was clean and comfortable.Staff was friendly and accommodating. They are currently building a parking lot, therefore, self parking is available in adjacent lots. It can become very inconvient. Valet parking is expensive for people trying to save using Hotels website. Riding the elevator is a concern. It would create various nosies and open before reaching its floor.

Construction didnt bother us at all. Everything was close by like santa monica and venice beach. Price of the room made up for $20 valet a night. Overall stay was great.

There is no parking, you need to wait 15-20mn to get your car from the valet every time. Also check-in and check-out were painful as well, the hotel was completely under staff.

My wife and I have stayed at the Raddison LAX a few times over the years. On our recent visit we were impressed by the increased level of considerate service that the employees of the hotel provided. Management has been successful in improving the culture of the hotel.

The hotel had absolutely no free onsite parking. It was $20 per day for valet parking (which was the only option) and it took 20 minutes for them to get the car. There was no continental breakfast. The elevators were not working properly and ended up having to take the stairs. Overall, this was a rip off!

The customer service was outstanding. All the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the windows in the room were so dirty we couldn't see through them. Want to know if it's raining or sunny? No clue! Also, the TV only got a few channels and most of them were fuzzy. (and it was a really small, old TV) The bathtub was dirty and the lighting poor.

Needed a get-away... the hotel was located nicely around the areas we wanted to go, beaches were only twenty minutes away, service was amazing. every person we came in contact with was great, always smiling and tending.

our shower knob broke off, there was no hot water, the front desk girls were rude, and no one answered the phones for room service!

The hotel is undergoing maintenance currently, so if you are able to disregard that for the moment, it is actually a comfortable hotel. My room was nice, I had a sleep number bed. The room was cool, but a little humid because the bathroom lacks a ventilator. Other than that, no complaints. Very Convenient to airport.
