Radisson Hotel Los Angeles Airport

Not the best option around

I took this hotel for overnight stay. Late night when I checked in, I was given out of service room. I had to wait 20-30 minutes before I was transferred into other room (where I could smell cigarette). I will think twice before staying in this hotel again.

Great hotel 3 miles from Casino

Hotel was perfect for spending the night before catching my flight the next day. They have free shuttles to and from the airport all day and a casino within 3 miles for those looking to stay up late and get rid of the jet lag.

comaplaints

Oveall, it was good stay. But, when I checked in, 3 elevators out of 4 were our of order and i was forced to wait for a long time. it was weekend though, repair must be well organozed. also, some bath mat was not prepared. it is not a major problem, but I was not so happy.

Elevator

Still working on the elevators, so it can take a while to get off your floor.

Rooms not prepared

When we arrived at this hotel, the room had no soap, no towels, and was shabby condition. It appears that the hotel cleaning staff was under-staffed.

Good Hotel

Good hotel, only negative is to pay parking lot (valet parking 20 bucks a day)

Outstanding Hotel

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and great service. The price of the room was very good. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was excellent. We all had seafood and it was cooked perfectly. Will definitely stay there again.

Radisson LAX

Incredibly convenient due to the fact that we had a very early flight the next day. The hotel is not new, but it is nicely kept. I wish there would have been other dining options than just the one restaurant, especially because I had two small children, but it was okay nontheless. Windows in room were extremely dirty on the outside. I imagine being next to the airport does not help, but you could hardly see through the window it was so filthy. Overall, a very good choice if you need to stay near the airport.

Sleep Number Bed

The sleep number beds are great.

Easy access to LAX (and good pool!)

Two drawbacks: 1) no parking available (garage under construction), so our family guests could not come and park. 2) needed more employees working the lobby bar. One guy just couldn't handle it. Great bellmen!

Needs Improvement

I had to change rooms due to faulty air conditioning, and television not working. The best part of the stay was the trolley service to Manhattan Beach--very affordable. Also the hotel restaurant had great service.

Fair for price

Signs that sheets were not changed b/c they had some glitter on them still. I had zero towels in the room. Bad odor in hallways. I have seen better.

Nice accomodations

Our stay was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The only problem was with the elevators. Apparently they are being updated which made the wait for an elevator a little long. Overall though I was very pleased. I would stay there again next time around.
