Needs Improvement

The hotel is perfectly situated for a trip to New Orleans. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the spa is excellent. However, the service left something to be desired - I was locked out of my room (non-working card key) not once but four times, which was a hassle. There was a serious leak in our bathroom, coming through the wall, that I alerted the front desk to every morning of my stay - and yet they didn't offer to change our room until the day we checked out! I suppose I just expected better service from a Ritz-Carlton hotel.

Very comfortable room

I enjoyed my stay...though i wasnt too happy when my room wasnt ready when i checked in. The shampoo was amazing.

EVERYTHING was wonderful

I have stayed at the Ritz before, so the level of service was anticipated. However, even through I expected it, it was delivered very quietly,with with a smile. Cannot recommend it to much.

Outstanding Hotel

This was a fabulous hotel for the price and location. We were just a block away from Bourbon Street and all the shopping was right on our street. The staff was exceptional and the service could not be rivaled. A breakfast and resort spending account was included! The parking attendants had a little difficulty finding our car when we were leaving but they were very professional. The manager came and appolgized for the extra few minute wait and asked if there was any compensation they could provide for the extra few minutes it took. I have rarely stayed at a hotel with such curtious and attentive staff. I will always stay here when in New Orleans.

Always a great experience

The staff is always courteous and friendly. It is a great atmosphere and very relaxing place to stay. My choice for New Orleans everytime I visit.
