The hotel was up to the normal quality of the Ritz Carlton, however the special deal that I was offered in my booking was not offered by the hotel. I spent more on the room to receive breakfast and a $100 resort credit. I did receive my credit after asking 3 different people about it and someone finally figuring it out, but never got the breakfast I was supposed to receive for each night of the stay. Very disappointing because I spent extra money on that package of room.

Great hotel!

The hotel itself is a little confusing. The hotel front is on Canal Street, however I stayed in the FQB area of the hotel (The R Club Concierge floor.) This section of the hotel is actually on Dauphine and Iberville. Anyway, the location is great. 1 block away from Bourbon, and across the street from Deanie's and Acme Oyster House. Two great places to go for dinner! The staff was so nice to me, in fact way nicer to me than I'm used to! I'm not used to all that attention from a hotel. The room itself was very nice too. It felt more like a home than a hotel.

Great Place, Great Service, Great Location

The Room was very nice, the check-in was very comfortable, and the location was conveinent to where I needed to go.

Great old hotel, beautiful inside and out, convenient to the Quarter and staff very helpful on all fronts.

Fantastic experience

My husband and I spent four nights at this hotel and were impressed with the room, food and for the most part, the service (room service was very slow). All in all, this particular Ritz certainly lived up to our expectations.
