Needs Improvement

Internet access was an extra charge - I can't remember the last time I was charged to access the net! Overall the room was clean but there is evidence that the building is older. Nice pool but it needed to be cleaned, lots of bugs floating around.

Great room, great rate

We needed a one night hotel room near the airport after our week at Disneyworld. This was perfect, the rate was quite reasonable and the hotel was quiet, well maintained and clean. The bathrooms need updating but everything else seemed well maintained. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of restaurants to choose from (in our case we were actually looking for a sports bar to see college football games and there was a GREAT one down the street). Very satisfied and would stay again anytime.

Needs a large dose of air freshener

The first room we were assigned (non-smoking) reeked of some type of smoke smell that both my husband and I got headaches (we're allergic) after an hour of being in the room. When we requested a transfer the staff moved us to another floor, however that room reeked of moldy towel smell - seemed to be worse in the bathroom. The location was convenient for the airport and dining but the room was NOT worth what we paid for the experience. Also we were upset to see that they charge for wireless service. For what we pd we felt that should be included.

Good hotel

Overall the hotel deserves its stars, the rooms are very clean and its proximity to the airport even better relatively less than a couple of miles the only down fall is that it is located near too many toll way I had to pay a toll to got some bagel down the street other than that I will definitely recommend
