Good night's stay for the money

The stay overall was enjoyable. The room and bed were super comfortable and the on-site restaurant had quality food and good service. The bathroom needed work. The drain in the tub was broken and there was just a gaping hole for a drain. The bathroom was mildewy and there was dirt and dirty fingerprints smeared all over the door frame.

Don't eat in the restaurant

While the hotel itself was great as well as the service, the food in the restaurant was not good at all. It was about the same level as a frozen dinner, a very expensive frozen dinner.

Awesome hotel for the $$

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay...pool was really nice. Staff was very courteous. Rooms were big and spacious and hotel was very nice. Nice proximity to restaurants, etc...excellent value.

Outstanding Place

the hotel was very inviting, clean, all employees were very helpful even as far as the driver who took us to the Airport. We did stay 2 days one before going and another coming from our vacation.

Great Hotel! Can't wait to go back.

This is a great hotel! The staff was very courteous and professional. Adequate parking for all guests. Very clean and modern looking lobby and restaurant/bar area. The room followed suit. Very clean and modern room. (The only thing "old" in the room was the TV, but still worked just fine). We had a room with a balcony. The only thing I may request the hotel to change in the future is for them to wash the windows of the glass wall separating the outdoor pool from the restaurant area. There would have been a beautiful view from my balcony had the windows been clean enough to see out of. Other than that, we had an EXCELLENT stay.

Great Room for the Price

We needed a room so we could be close to the airport for an early morning flight. We had our two teenage daughters with us. We were satisfied with the room, the cleanliness of the room, etc. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

I only stayed one night but my kids and I enjoyed it quite a bit. The rooms were nice, staff was nice and the kids loved the pool, hot tub and glass elevators. The shuttle was on time and very convenient!

Nice, clean, comfortable

Quick, easy checkin. Clean room, which was really nice after the long day we had. Wish they would have a continental breakfast. You can order room service for breakfast, but I think those are overpriced at every hotel so I never do. Very close to the airport, several restaurants in the area.

Loved it

Our stay was not long enough. The attendents treated us like we were special. I have recommended this hotel to others and I look foward to my next stay at Crown Plaza Orlando-Airport
