Great fitness facility.

The hotel was great and the fitness facility was very accessible. The equipment was in excellent shape and a tv was accessible while on the treadmill. They even supply hand towels in the fitness room, which was unexpected and a plus.

Convenient to airport

We needed a nearby hotel for an early flight out. Really comfortable bed, clean spacious room. Would book there again.

Great airport hotel

This was a very nice, clean hotel. The location is not the best if you are going to Disney or other attractions, as it is not real close. The hotel staff was very nice, helpful and the overall condition was very clean.

This hotel is older, the drain in my bathtub did not work and the place felt old and dirty. The location is close to the airport, the room is a good size and the price was pretty low. But not the best place I have stayed.

Comfortable, clean and reasonably spacious rooms. Decent food in the restaurant, but a bit pricey for a hotel restaurant if this level

I actually paid to LEAVE after one night!

After seeing my room, I went back to the desk to politely request another room that was cleaner and smelled better, and didn't have broken drawers and stained chairs. (I've traveled for many years and have never before asked to change rooms!) They rolled their eyes, looked at each other and said "Sure!" and gave me a room that was indeed cleaner, but was the noisest room imaginable. The next morning I checked out even though I was scheduled to stay for three nights. I lost one day's stay (besides the miserable night I already had) and that is money I sure didn't want to spend but I WOULD NOT stay there another night!

Tired traveler

Our flight was delayed so we checked in very late and had only 3 hours to sleep before an appointment. The front desk girl seemed alittle arrogant and we felt like we were burdening her by checking in. The room she gave us on the 4th floor would not open with the key and we then noticed a do not disturb sign on the handle. Upon returning to the front desk when she finally got aroung to us (she was on the phone) she insisted that there should not be anyone in that room (I think she expected us to go back up the the forth floor, force the door open and return to her with the name of the person in the room). When I told her we only had a few hours to sleep and would like a room she finally gave us a room on the 10th floor. The room was nice, and the hotel was nice, however the front desk girl needs to work on her people skills as well as her problem solving abilities.
