Food less then desirable.

The rooms was great. Comfortable, clean , and the personnel were friendly. The down side was the hotel has a Denny's restaurant on site. The food was not someting I would voluntarily pay for. Did not get appatizer prior to dinner (as was requested), food looked sick and didn't taste much better. Unfortunately there is not much in the area for food service. On 2nd evening drove around and found a KFC shop and purchased food there. I don't care much for fast food but refused to go back to that Denny's.

Comfortable time spent

It was quiet and the room was clean the five days we stayed. There were plenty packing spaces and always, was able to park close to our room.

Exceeded our Expectations

This is a great hotel.. clean, comfortable, definitely exceeded my expectations. Although I used the Fitness Center and found that the treadmill wasn't working right. I informed the Front Desk and was told that the repairman was on their way. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Very clean room, grounds. Denny's right on the Property.

Great L.A. basin Location. Very 'central' but out of the rush. Overheard other guests saying they liked the place, too. Only thing not too good... the 3 floor elevator is very, very slow to call. It really takes it's time to react. It needs to have some attention. Overall, a great stay in a very nice inn!

Good deal

The hotel delivered on what the other reviewers stated. We got a room to be close to Universal Studios. It was clean, the hotel room tapestries could use some updating (but it doesn't look like a 70s hotel or anything like that--mostly 90's duck prints). Again, our room faced the main st, Sepulvda, so there was a bit of noise--so bring ear plugs. Overall, for the price and location, it was a good deal. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall nice hotel

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, only problem with the room was it had a wall air conditioner over by the bathroom and so the temperature in the room was hard to regulate and keep consistent. There is a Denny's in the middle of the U shape of the motel that is open 24 hours and was very conveniently placed. The actual location of the hotel was kind of a pain, just because it was on the north side of LA right off the 405 and all the things we went to were at least a 40min drive especially with that evil evil traffic on the 405 ANYTIME of the day. It is very close to the getty center though, but we didnt get a chance to go there ;-;.

good buy for the price

Hotel was very clean. Only problem with my room was that the exhaust ventilation fan in the bathroom seemed to not work well the bathroom fogged up even though i showered with warm water.

Bedding

The hotel would have been better if they had the down comforters...

Nice little hotel

Everything was great! Easy access to all locations. Only difficulty was parking, but it is LA and parking is always difficult.
