Exceeded Expection

This hotel exceeded our expection. The location is very convenient to get on to fwy 405 and 101. The room is very clean, quiet and comfortable. There is no charge to parking either. Though breakfast is not included, next door's Danny's is a plus. We will definitely come back again.

Good hotel for the price

This was a good hotel for the price. Just your basic hotel with no real thrills. Clean room that had all the necessary things you would expect. The neighborhood felt safe and it had very easy access to highway 101 and the 405. If you are looking for a clean and safe hotel around the L.A. area then I would recommend this one.

Good value hotel

It was not outstanding, but good one for the price you pay. It's clean, doesn't smell bad..

Good Value

My wife and I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference in the Burbank area. We were very pleased with our stay. The service at the Denny's on-site was sub-par. No complaints other than that. We will stay there again when we are in the area.

My home away from home.

This is my all time favorite Los Angeles hotel. The employees are very nice and extremely accommodating. It's clean and very well maintained. I particularly like the old part best because I can request a ground floor room and park in front of my door and not have to schlep everything a mile to my room. The location is convenient to everything although it's particular location isn't in a tourist area, it is at the entrance to one freeway and about a mile from another affording access to everything. Denny's restaurant is on the grounds which is good for families and 24/7 food without having to leave the hotel. The rates are very reasonable for the area and for the accommodations. I always recommend it to people I know that are coming into town. It just can't be beat in Los Angeles.

Great Experience

We spent the weekend and would definately return to this hotel! It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous. Location was safe, quiet (as quiet as California can be) and convenient. Even though it was a pet friendly hotel the only time you noticed was if a guest was out walking with thier pet. No smells, sounds, or deposits that pets tend to leave behind. Great Experience!

A big glitch but otherwise satisfactory

No hot water on final day, which, is a top requirement for a satisfactory stay. Shoulder shrugs all around from the staff - 'stuff happens' was the implication. At some level beyond the front desk, the place works, because the room was otherwise pretty nice.
