I was really disappointed with this hotel. I thought it would be great, it was well priced and looked good from the Lobby. Our room was on the 3rd floor so that was nice, but that was about the only nice thing. We slept through housekeeping due to our jobs so we needed to call down to the front desk to get things. We called 2 times for pillows 3 times for towels and 3 times for shampoo. Nothing was brought to us. Then then morning of checkout I went to shower and there was NO hot water, the water would turn off when the knob was on that hot side. And I found bugs in the bathroom.

This hotel was only about a 15 minute drive from downtown Phoenix right off the highway, which was the only good thing. The room itself was just ok, big enough for a chair, bed, TV and bathroom w/ stand-up shower only...no bath. The shower leaked all over the bathroom so we had to use all towels provided to mop up and keep from slipping. The bathroom pocket door was very difficult to open/close. The walls were paper thin so we could hear the neighbors sneeze and their entire conversations without even trying. The "full breakfast" consisted of disgusting eggs, bacon, sausage and chewy make-your-own waffles. We had cereal. The "homemade toast" advertised was NOT homemade. The front desk didn't ever answer the phone, nor did housekeeping when we called to report the problem and try to get more towels. it took two trips down a really long hall before we found someone available working at the desk. customer service was not a priority here.

The hotel had a good service and i am more than impressed. the only faulty thing was that the wireless wasnt working at night. It worked well during the day but at night it was shut down

This hotel was okay for the money. We were not on a floor that had been renovated, although the main floor obviously had been. Our bathroom light didn't work correctly so we left it on almost continuously and just shut the bathroom door. My husband had to fix the drain stopper in the bathroom so it would work. Our room was mostly comfortable, but I'm sure the renovated rooms were more comfy and stylish with more amenities. We stayed for three nights and really would have enjoyed a renovated room. The fitness room was non-existent, although supposedly to come later with more renovations. That was a huge disappointment to us because we specifically picked this hotel because it advertised having a pool/spa area, business center, and fitness room. We enjoyed the pool/spa area immensely and used the newly-renovated business center once. The complimentary breakfast was great, although we had to wait for a table all three mornings. I would not recommend this hotel to our friends until renovations are complete.
