A mixed bag

Location and price seemed reasonable. Clean, but when we first checked in and got to our room there were no linens -- bed was stripped and bedspread/pillows on floor. Manager moved us to a room of a lesser type than we had booked (standard instead of King). When went to get breakfast in the morning (a major reason we chose the hotel) we were told they hadn't gotten any food deliveries for a couple of days and didn't have any breakfast; this was after I had asked about breakfast at check-in the night before and been told to just come down in the morning for it. Was disappointed in the lack of even an apology, let alone having to pay for service we did not receive.

No More Full Breakfast Buffet?

I've stayed here seven times over the past eighteen months. Loved the full, hot breakfast buffets with eggs, bacon or sausage on alternate days, country potatoes, and the usual cereals, bagels, and make-your-own waffles. Not any more. I was greeted to bagels and grapefruit. I was told they stopped serving the full breakfast two days before I arrived. Sorry, but I came for the breakfasts and I won't be back. They lost a repeat business traveler.

Convenience and Value

This is a clean and nice hotel. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is very convenient. The pool and jacuzzi are well maintained. The business center is nice. There is also self-serve washers and dryers on-site as well as dry-cleaning and full-serve laundry service. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for value, many amenities and location right off the I-17.

Great Hotel

Wonderful Hotel with great service and very clean.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

People at front desk were rude and not very knowledgable. There were cob webs in every corner of the ceiling,big hole in bathroom door with horible patch job,in room tv went in and out and not much selection. I would not recommend this place 2 anyone!

Hotel was ok; neighborhood questionable

Hotel was ok; neighborhood questionable. Not really the hotels fault considering the west side of Phoenix AZ is deteriorating at a rapid pace.

Great room for the money

The overall hotel stay and experiance was great except for one little problem. There were tiny ants entering and exiting from the hotel heating cooling unit. The ants were never a huge problem as they seemed to be confined to the unit. If it weren't for the ant problem, this hotel would have been an exceptional place. All other areas of the hotel including the room was excellent.

Don't stay here

Dirty, and incredibly in need of an update.

looked just like the picture but..

beds were not comfortable, pillows were horrible, staff was not helpful nor friendly...they did not make me feel welcome they made me feel like i was bothering them by checking in...the service definitely needs improvement..but the room was just like the picture and everything looked new and clean..also the restaurant food was overpriced and not good at all
