Great Hotel and Great Location

The hotel is located right near all of the nightlife, restaurants and shopping. The hotel bar is Whiskey's and is very active. I stayed there for a great rate and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great hotel, great location

The hotel rooms were large, clean, and chic. The location was even better - right on a wonderful park surrounded by restaurants with outdoor seating. A setting more like a european square/plaza. We loved it.

Great location, Comfortable room

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the neighborhood was the best, and the room very comfortable. A great place to stay.

"Great Location"

Very nice hotel for the money. Only major drawback is that it only has 2 elevators and at times the wait was long to get on. Very close to great entertainment spots and restaurants.

we stay here all the time, we love its location the room is always clean and they are pet friendly! I love it contemporary style. We dont like to stay anywhere else.

this was a nice comfy place to stay. located by all the happening on rush street. Many bars, restarants, and clubs if that suits your taste. A mere 2 black walk youre at the magnificent mile. I thought it was a great price considering the area. Most places charge 300 or more a night in that area

Great service and location

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Sutton Place. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. We had a corner room, with great views of Lake Michigan and the area. Beds were really comfortable. Amenities were nice - DVD, CD player, etc. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great room and Staff

When I first arrived, my room was not ready, so they upgraded me to a jr suite. After entering my room, I was disappointed. I paid the price I did for the Lake view room, and despite a jr suite, there was no view. I went back to the front desk, and asked them if I could just wait for my Lakeview room to be cleaned. The man was very understanding and got housekeeping on it right away. While we waited, they offered us drinks in the bar. My room was beautiful, and the staff was perfect. The hotel is in the middle of everything!!! A must stay!!!

Needs Improvement regarding management

I love this hotel however, the brand new safe in our room wouldn't open after I had placed my purse in it. It was a failure of the safe and they ended up having to use a chain saw for get my things out of it. The hotel manager was a real jerk about it. . .and it was not because I forgot the password or anything, it was a problem with the safe. I was very disappointed with the manager's attitude.

Great Hotel

The location is outstanding! Close to everything. The views from the room is incredible. The rooms could use a little updating as far as decor, but the room is very comfortable, very clean and what the room lacks in decor, it is more then made up for with the view. I would absolutely stay here in the future and highly recommend it to anyone!
