Our room smelled!! But can't beat the price

Our room had a queen and a hide a way. The hide a way had springs poking out of it. It was one of the worst night sleeps I have ever had. I don't know if these rooms are owned by someone and then just rented out when not occupied, but ours smelled horrable. The shower curtain had mold on it and the oven was a complete mess. Did I mention it smelled. Overall to stay in Park City this cheap what could I expect. I guess a little more than that!!!

Quaint Condo

This condo was cute, a bit small, but well maintained. Our room had a little fireplace with a log provided, clean kitchen, beautiful furniture. This would be ideal for a couple getting away, a bit squishy for more than 2 people.

Great Location and good for the price

The people were helpful and friendly and the location was more than perfect for our needs. The rooms were slightly outdated, but very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good deal and a good location. Thanks!

Good Price Bad Room

The renovated hotel had a kitchenette thrown into it!!! The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the heating system was terrible...Other than that it was a great location and the price, comparitively, was very low. Park City is great...Hotels.com also said this place was 10 miles away from Snowbird, try 30.

Good value and location

The hotel is a good value but being on the first floor there is a lot of noise from above. I would recommned the top floor if available.

Bang for your Buck!

Our hotel stay was excellent. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and housekeeping up to par. Although the rooms are somewhat dated you can tell that it was an excellent hotel in its time. They have kept it well maintained.

Great room for ski vacation

located in center of prospector square just behind park city marriot for 1/4 the price. Room was in great condition with adequate cooking supplies. Located on the shuttle route for easy access to all local ski resorts. Would stay here again.

Great room for the money

The room was comfortable and great for the price. The bathroom was spacious and had the shower had good water pressure. We rented a car and the Park City ski slope was less than five minutes away. In fact, with a car nightlife and restaurants were very close. The staff weren't always knowledgeable when we asked them questions. Additionally there was major drilling and construction going on right next to our room upon arrival. The staff were able to put us in another room though which was key. The cleaning staff didnt always come by, don't expect them to do the dishes. They did make the bed three out of four days. They changed the towels once. All in all though, I was very happy with the stay at the Carriage House...for the price it couldnt be beat.

Great Price for Expensive City

My wife and I went for a weekend getaway. The hotel is less than five minutes away from hisorical Main Street. There are great places to eat right around the hotel so you don't have to drive to dine. They provided a dining guide with menus to many restaurants in the area with price ranges. We were very pleased with the comfy bed and the jacuzzi tub.
