Superior service

Staff at FD and bfast room were just outstanding, vary caring and genuine. The rooms was very large and location on beachfront really couldn't be beat.

Perfect location, great room, lacks ample food/beverage options

This hotel is located perfectly adjacent to the Pacific Beach walkway. It is on a cliff so it is not necessarily breachfront. To get to the beach you'll have to either walk down the stairwell from the walkway and you will be on the north side of the pier, or walk south on the walkway which takes you to the main Pacific Beach strip .25 miles down. Either way it is convenient. The room was great with wooden shutters. large balcony with patio furniture. Bathroom was large. LCD tv. drink table. work table. comfortable bed/linens. great central a/c and ceiling fan. Only complaint is a lack of food/beverage options. There is no cafe. The gift store did not have refrigerated beverages. The hotel bar was extremely small and unstaffed. Not a deal breaker but this is usually what you get at high end hotels.

Employees Caring and Helpful!

Pool was not in use. Should has said so on booking page. Kids were upset. Oh well What Else were they going to do at the Beach. Hotel was fine and i would stay again. The Employees were great! They tried very hard to take care of our needs.

Great room for the money

We were very pleased with the room. The room decor and comfort were higher than we expected. It was also nice to sleep with the door open listening to the ocean waves. Overall we had a nice stay.

Best Hotel on the PB/MB boardwalk.

Great room with balcony overlooking the ocean. Friendly, helpful staff, super comfy beds, free wi-fi and fantastic flat screen hd tv. Really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying there again

Outstanding Hotel and Staff

This hotel was fantasic and very clean. Staff was great. would stay here again. One note they charge extra for parking.

An outstanding staff, and a lovely place. It is now the only place I'll stay in the San Diego area.

This hotel is awesome

I had never stayed here before and they randomly decided to upgrade me to a suite. The hotel is great, the views are gorgeous, and the location is wonderful in Pacific Beach. I haven't stayed here again but it is definitely on my "to-do" list.

It was a GREAT room for the money!!!!

The room was great! Clean room, great staff, very close to the beach. I would stay there in a heartbeat!! The best part it was quite!!
