Oceanfront Diaster!!!!!!

We looked at the pictures of this hotel and it looked ok. Upon arrival, the hotel was a mess. The windows looked like they were going to fall out. Getting into our room it smelled like funk. We found trash (condom wrappers, candy wrappers, ect.) under the bed, and in the chairs. It was disgusting. I would recommend you paying a little more to stay elsewhere. The room smelled terrible. We will never stay there again.

Needs great improvement

The hotel was not that clean. There was no lighting in the halls at night. It was very dark trying to make your way to the elevtor. The loction was perfect but the hotel was not so great

Balcony was filthy. carpet was old and had lumps in it so you could trip. Had to ask for coffee machine. then you would have to ask for coffee for the coffee maker. No ice stations on our floor.

there was a really bad smell in the Hall way,the carpet needs to be replaced.

Great room for the money

The room had nasty smell and the air condition was out of order for the first day. I bought a fresh pineapple and put in the room to manage the small for two nights I stayed. The mattresses were over used need replacement. There was no internet access in the room. Otherwise, the room is fair for the money.

Terrible Hotel Service & Management

This hotel is very outdated. Hotel management does not care about your safety. A member of my party was stuck in the elvator for over 30 minutes and they did not call the fire department. It was rumored that this happened a few days before also. When mentioned to the General Manager (Jen), she stated that it happends from time to time. When asked to resolve the issue in some sort of discount, she responded that they do not discount or comp rooms for any reason. The rooms are old and dingy. Other guest were complaining during the check out process.

Great Room for the Money

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is located within minutes of all the action. We love this area of Atlantic Drive. We stayed here before and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thanks for a great stay.

Terrible Hotel and even worse service.

Hotel is very out dated. It looks like no improvements were made since the 1970's. Hotel management is not customer service friendly. One member of our group was stuck in the elvator for 30 minutes and the staff did not contact the fire department. Another guest who was also stuck in the elavator stated it happened a few days before. The Hotel's General Manager (Jen) would not discount the room b/c it is against their policy. This means no matter how terrible your experience, they'll still take full price. The pool was not cleaned once while during our 3 day stay. Other guests were complaining in the lobby also. I can't say enough terrible things about this hotel.

Don’t stay there.

I would not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel. In the room for two adults we had only one chair. We could not use the second bad because the mattress was horrible. I asked hotel personal to do something, they promised to replace it, but it never happened. Housekeepers always forget something. One day they forgot to give us new towels. After few hours of waiting I had to go down to the lobby and ask about towels. Out of two elevators one was broken several times, so it took about 10 minutes to get to our room and back when we forgot a camera. The only good thing about this hotel is that it was cheaper then any other hotel. Thank you.

Needs Improvement

Needed a few housekeeping updates--windows were dirty, carpet needed cleaned, outlet did not work and bedside lamp didn't work...room placement as far a oceanview and balcony was not desirable...but overall, we enjoyed our stay...

Terrific View of the Ocean!!!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! loved the convience of being on the ocean and a restaraunt on site. The rooms were kept very clean and the outside premises were clean.

The p.m. that we checked in we were outside discussing our room and a young lady standing outside evidently overheard our conversation to which she replied "I just finished cleaning that room. . .". When we got to our room, it was pitifull. There were soda spills on EVERY table and on the bureau. I cleaned this up with no more than a wet wash cloth. On the balcony, previous guests had been smoking and had left their "butts" there. The second and last day, my son found a cigarette butt under the bed along with a previous guest's cell phone. Also, on the second day the cigarette butts were still on the balcony. We did not receive any additioal soap, shampoo or anything else other than towels. In our travels of 17 years we have had some experiences, however this one rates as "unexcusable". We paid our money in expectation of a reasonable accomondation, however there is just no excuse for such unsatisfactory conditions.
