Good Nite Inn Sylmar

Would not recommend this hotel.

The worse stay of my life. Somebody had the key to my room, and tried to get into my hotel room in the middle of the night, when I called the front desk, they told me I wasn't supposed to be there. They gave me the keys to the room, but they didnt register me. If I hadn't been in the room who knows what those people would have done. One mistake is all it takes. Assistant Manager didn't fix anything, didn't even bother to return my call. I do NOT recommed this hotel.

Need improvement

Cleaning should be improved. The carpet was nasty

needs a lot of improvement....!

The location of the hotel is good... but the rooms are not clean and especialy the carpert.... take your stuff and if posible lysol or bleach so you can clean the room before using it....!

cheap price good for one night

the location isnt that great right next to the busy freeway, but staying for one evening it is worth the price. good nite inns havent failed me yet for the price.

Smelly Rooms

As soon as we walked in you could aoutomatically smell a bad odor. It was so bad i had to have my boyfriend go and buy air freshner. The comforter on my bed had 2 burnt holes as if someone burned it with a cigarette. Breakfast wasn't too bad although the muffins could be bigger, overall it was a nice stay for the price.

Not bad for the price

It was not bad at all. Convenient location. Only 15 minutes from Hollywood and Six Flags. The only things that bothered me were the lights coming through the window; we had to put a blanket up to make the room dark. And their pillows suck, do I recommend bringing your own if possible.

Needs a lot of improvement

There were bugs of all sizes. WIFI s paid. The overall hotel seemed old and unclean. Room service was ok. Other stuff was also ok. But I felt the hotel could have been better.

Good Nite Inn

You get what you pay for having said that there are some things that I would like to mention. The shower was dirty, the pool area has a sign that says that there are cancer causing chemicals nearby, the hotel rooms by the pool are very loud with other peoples noise and the breakfast ran out quickly. Pros: Micky D's next door and close to six flags.

Never Again

we had prepaid for two double bedrooms. when we got there at 2am, the unprofessional person working there said they only have one double bed and he'd give us two single bedrooms. at first we said okay without asking if the rooms were smoking or non smoking (we had requested non smoking). one of the rooms SMELLED like smoke and was unbearable. the other single bed was facing the highway and that was NOT fun! the double bedroom was fine. Oh, did i mention every room was on a different level? anyways, i guess thats what you get for your money... and one more thing, take a shower in less than 6 minutes because you wont have warm water after that!

You Get What You Pay For

Cheap hotel. Not clean at all. The room had stains on the floor and the shower worked like crap. I would not go back to that hotel even for the price. I can stay at the mozy wozy for the same price.

Great room for the money

Great room for the money....adjacent to MCdonald and Dennys....about 7 minutes drive to Magic Mountain and about 15 minutes drive to Universal Studio....recommended to all travelers who want to save money....

needs improvement

The Hotel was one of the nicer ones in the area, on the other hand. Our room was a smoking room, they had no others for us and we don't smoke, had no hot water, or couldn't figure out how to get it to work, couldn't call the front desk, cause our phone didn't work. The color was gone on the tv, nothing like watching everything in green and purple, the dresser was falling apart. The bed was like a trapaline. But all we did was sleep there. I don't think i will be going back to this hotel, unless they fix up their rooms.

Great for the money

The hotel was a good value for the price. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were very basic but very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is really bad though we found out after speaking to some cops who told us not to stay in that neighborhood. However, the hotel itself I would recommend.
