Needs Improvement

Next Door to Denny's Great location Price was good. My first room was not clean and someone had a drink from Wendy's sitting by the sink. the cable was not connect to the TV. in fact the coaxial cable for the TV needed to be replace. the second room seem to have a hole in the desk as though someone dug a hole. but I could live with that. I have enjoyed this Hotel for years and now it is time to update. It was quiet the bed was clean even the towels were clean I enjoyed that.

Good Room For The Price

The hotel was surprisingly clean for the price. The chair inside our room was stained and the room smelled musty but once we turned the air on it was fresh. This room was a little noisy due to being close to the freeway but this also made it very convenient for travelling around the area. The employees were friendly and helpful. Overall- a good value for the price.

This hotel is well priced for what it is. if you just want somewhere to sleep its fine, but dont expect too much, floors were filthy, bathroom was repugnant. alot of road noise. like i said, for the cost its OK but dont get your hopes up

Domestic incident and security unconcerned

Now I inderstand that a hotel cannot prevent a any situation from happening but how they handle it afterwards is important. I had a domestic situation next door including pounding on a door for over 15 minutes. I called after about 5 minutes and the front desk did not seem all too concerned but said he would send security up. After an additional 5 minutes I called again. Several minutes after that security arrived but the lady had left and along with the guy locked them out. When I went out I saw the security gaurd leaning against the 2nd floor rail and he asked me "what do you want" with a bit of attitude. I was trying not to get upset because then I would not be able to sleep. Ended up I still got upset and left the hotel at 2pm. I got a name of the manager when I left and the front desk guy still seemed unconcerned.

Good for the money!

It was a nice hotel. I didn't like how the bathroom looked, but other than that, great place for the money.

Needs Improvement

You get what you pay for!!! No Iron, blow dryer, coffee, and hair in the bed. Best of all the armed guard makes you feel safe. I will never stay at another Good Night Stay.

Good for what it is!!!

Well u get what u paid and its cheap and best and am already going there again. the LA area is within driving distance and they have free parking and a pool and hot tub. its small and quaint and a good place for a couple days.

great room for the money

Had an issue with the toilet in my first room. Wouldnt stop running, had to fix the floater. I did it myself rather than call the front desk. bathroom could have been cleaner. Hair in the shower, thats gross. i stayed here for 3 nights. two different rooms. non consecutive dates. neighborhood is nice. shower in the second room wasnt very good. had a hard time getting it to work right. maybe i showered at the wrong time or i wasnt doing it right, i had a hard time finding hot water. that made me upset than the hair in the first shower. bed wasnt very comfortable either. like sleeping on piece of plywood with springs under neath it. over all i will probably stay here again when i come back to LA. its kinda a long ride to la, but its worth the drive if you want to save money and stay at a cheap hotel in a good neighborhood. and its right off the highway.
