Avoid even numbered rooms, but otherwise okay

The room was great with a hi-def flat screen, comfortable bed and sectional, and fantastic free breakfast. My only complaint was the freeway noise. My room was on the west side facing the freeway. The traffic noise was unbelievably loud and kept me up most of the first night. Hotel staff mentioned that they are aware of this and are waiting on budget for soundproofing the windows. I would recommend staying in an odd numbered room (on the east side, away from the freeway) but otherwise, not a bad place to get away for the weekend.

Great Hotel

Good location for what we were doing, which was going to spring training baseball games. Even though our room faced the freeway, it was very quiet. Nice place.

Great Hotel that's conveniently located

This was a very nice and well kept hotel but I was ot too excited about the breakfast bar. Very little selection of complimentary items and the cooked to order breakfast was very expensive and not that great. If I'm going to pay 9 or 10 dollars for a plate of eggs and hashbrowns then it had better be good and it was only mediocre. Otherwise, the hotel staff was very friendly and well trained in customer relations.

Perfect!

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The pictures represent exactly what the room looked like! It was convenient to the 17 Freeway and they even throw in a Continental breakfast to boot!

There's nothing wrong with this hotel!!

So many times it seems that hotels do not live up to the expectations we have or their "advertising ploys". In this case, the Hyatt Place North in Phoenix was exactly what they said they were! We were very pleased with the whole experience.

GREAT ROOM FOR REASONABLE PRICE

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable--muh more than I expected for the price. The only drawback was the traffic noise coming from outside the building. It was constant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice place to stay.
