Great Hotel

This place should be rated at least 4 star. Never have I been offered a tour of a hotel at check-in, but I did here. The staff was outstanding, always with a smile. The breakfast was wonderful, and the eating facilities very clean. Oh, did I mention the nightly rates, well they were well in line. The king bed was very confortable and clean.

Outstanding Hotel with Excellent Service. Very clean, nice with lots of class

The hotel is first class all around from the huge high definition plasma TV to the air freshner flowing throughout the building. The attendents were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.

Surprisingly comfortable for the most part

Everything was excellent except for the pillows. Both my husband and myself felt the pillows were not comfortable. We polled our family who also stayed at the Hyatt about the pillows and they too disliked the pillows. Perhaps, the hotel could provide some different types of pillows for comfort, as well as, the down pillows. The continental breakfast was surprisingly well stocked and good! Thanks.

Smells good

I loved the smell of the hotel when you walk in the door. It was such a great stay. The room was big enough for my husband, two kids, and I. It had a pull out bed in the couch, which was very comfortable. The TV was huge and kept the kids busy in the evening before bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
