Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 38Hope your not staying to sleep here
The price was "somewhat affordable" at 150$ or so a night, and the location was right across from waikiki beach. Now thats all I can say that is good. Pool closes around 6ish PM (at sundown) and the hotel rooms feel like tiny closets. The beds are not even queens, like the website claimed, they are fulls, so you get to "squeeze" together, on a bed that taco's up. The center of the bed was so soft and sunk, i had to request more pillows just to feel like i was "laying" instead of sitting. The TV didn't have any channels programmed, you had to manually select any channel you wanted to watch rather than UP or DOWN. The view out the balcony was acceptable and nice, but the room left me with back aches. I will never stay here again, the halls were filled with noise by 7am. Sleep was just not "available" so only stay in this hotel if you want a "storage" area for your luggage while in honolulu!

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 38Great!
The location was perfect. The view was spectacular!! The bed was actually really comfortable. The staff was great for the most part. The biggest complaint we have was just that we didn't know about the mandatory valet parking, with the associated daily fee (it would have been nice to have planned for that). All in all, we loved it, and we would definitely stay there again. :)

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 38Best Deal Ever
Don't waste money on the more expensive hotels next door. The Park shore has the same awesome locaton for 1/2 the price literally. Hawaii is all about the beaches anyway so we bascially just slept in the room. Its small but we didn't care. It's clean and the location is a 10 out of 10.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 38A Disapointment
The only good thing was the location, right across from the beach and near the zoo. This hotel needs major renovations.

We had a great view -- partial ocean view, view of Diamondhead, and directly across the street from the zoo. The room was a bit cramped, however.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 38Worked for what we needed
We were looking for a hotel that was cheap and close to the beach. For this time out to Hawaii, we wanted to spend as little as possible on a hotel as we would only be using it as a place to sleep at night. We were more about doing things outside of the hotel, so Park Shore was perfect for just that. Definitely not a romantic hotel by any means.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 38Delightful Stay
My wife and I booked six nights here from 11/14 to 11/20. We got a deal on the room, so we weren't expecting much. Were we ever surprised! The kudos really need to go out to the general manager and to their customer relations manager Lenor. They uprgraded us from a very basic room to a fantastic ocean view room that had just been renovated! When they heard it was our honeymoon they left us a bottle of champagne and chocolates! Best of all, this didn't cost us a thing. Everyone was friendly, and the maid service was impeccable. Their new rooms are fantastic, so once the entire hotel is redone it will be a true jewel. Definitely a delightful stay.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 38Good room for the money
This hotel is located right across the street from Waikiki beach. Location is great, within walking distance of good shopping. Very convenient to just about anything you want to do. They have valet parking, which cost $20 a night, but it seems like many hotels charge for parking, so this wasn't unexpected. Overally, great quality for the money.

The location is great and the staff was very friendly. Overall, it's a nice place, but the rooms are a little outdated and the carpets need to be cleaned.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 38Great Honeymoon
I would stay here again. In the lobby there is an expedia desk that helps with any activities you might want to take part in. The lady at the desk was very informative and helped us book everthing. Which made our honeymoon so much easier. I liked everything about our stay at this hotel. I liked that everything is in walking distance from our hotel. I loved our view from our room, which was of Diamond Head and The beach. I liked that everyone was so polite. I did notice that the hotel rooms needed a little upgrade. It just looks like it's been awhile. Some of the carpets look stained. But I would still stay here again.
