Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 187Great hotel, location and stay for the money
The Mediterranean Inn was perfect for our 2 night stay. We had our newborn with us and found the location to be bliss, and the price for the room was awesome. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is really clean and accessible - there is a starbuck by the lobby and you are 5 minutes from the Space Needle.. we will definately come again!

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 187Great for the money
Greast for the money if you staying for one or two days. Location isn't bad either. You can hop on the bus and go downtown. Cafe and resturant not bad for the area. I would recommended going upper Queen Ave the cafe and restaurant is much cleaner. All in all the hotel is good. One more thing the view of the window is brick wall and apartment building. Also the room was very stuffy and warm. No air condition just ceiling fan and stand up fan. Cable in the room kind of suck. Not much offer on channel selection. Also bring in your old VHS tape. That all they got in the room.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 187Modest Price (for Seattle) Met Modest Expectations
Room was quiet (inner room, not facing street) and very clean. Bathroom had plenty of space--nice touch the glass shelving for toiletries. Staff helpful, in our room in less than 10 minutes to get the TV to work. However, new carpeting and bedspreads really needed. Worn but not exactly threadbare. Very close to Seattle Center, the Monorail.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 187What we expected for the price paid.
We found no surprises. Location was really good for the things we wanted to do. Don't know if being there when it was really hot would be comfortable without an air conditioner.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 187A great place to stay near downtown
The hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be near downtown and not pay downtown rates. Rooms are confortable, windows open and it has a roof top patio with a 360 view of Seattle and the mountains. Plenty of restaurants nearby and even a Safeway a block away.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 187Excellent Location
Good hotel, but be aware that there is a $15 per night charge for parking your vehicle, which is not clearly listed on hotels.com. Additionally, at the desk they said the crib usage per night is $15, yet in the book in the room it states $10 per night. This extra charge was also not clear on hotels.com.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 187A Bit Better Than - Get What You Paid For
Essentially what you'd expect to get for this price. Overall the room was clean and that's pretty much all you can ask for. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 187Great price for location
Room was clean and comfortable. Liked having a sink and coffee area. Location was great for walking both to Seattle Center and Pike Street Market.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 187Nice Hotel
This hotel was located perfectly for us as our kids live just a few blocks away and they were the sole purpose of our visit. The carpets were rather dirty...it did not appear that our room was vacuumed during our entire 7 night stay. The room was warm, but not terrible. The kitchenette was handy and the beds were fine. It was small, but fine for us. Overall, we were happy with our stay there and would definitely book a room there again.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 187Nice hotel for the money; summer warning
We stayed at this inn in September of 2009 when Seattle was experiencing a warm spell. I never even considered that I had to ask for a room with an A/C unit. Be on the lookout for this if you are vacationing in the summer - as I understand it, you can upgrade but I do not know the cost difference. Other than that, this hotel was perfect for us - there was a laundry, a gym, convenient location, connected to a Starbucks, wi-fi. There is no pool and no restaurant but the inn is surrounded by lots of options and is within easy walking distance to Seattle Center which saved us on parking. Parking is an additional fee and is underneath the inn but absolutely worth it. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go to.
