The staff was very helpful. The location was fine for my purposes, as I was visiting the Space Needle and downtown.

Desk people were helpful and friendly. Good restaurants and a great grocery store within a few blocks. Bus stops close to hotel for easy access around town. Swimming pool 10 blocks away.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 168Great for the money.
Small room in a "boutique" type hotel in a nice neighborhood. Walked over to the space needle one clear afternoon. Easy access to the highways. Beware that parking is $15 per night. In-room internet access is $5 per night.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 168Great room for the money
From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out I truly enjoyed my stay at your boutique (if I may) hotel. Less than 5 minutes from downtown, at the bottom of Queen Anne, your prime location gave me easy access in and around beautiful Seattle while enjoying all the ammenities, points of interest, restaurants and night spots the Emerald City has to offer and the immediate area as well. My room was clean and comfortable, the health club - not too Shabby and with a national chain health club just two blocks away for a more intense workout if desired. Your staff was courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel like I've stayed there before; going the extra step to ensure the best stay possible. For the money, I was so surprised at the very nice nightly rate and corporate accounting was more than pleased when I turned in my expense report. Nice job all around! I've already referred several people to your hotel and rest assured I'll be staying here again on my next trip back to Seattle. Thanks again! Keep up the great work. My Best, Don S.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 168Great Hotel
The hotel provided complementary starbucks coffee, bottled water, and microwave popcorn. The staff was very friendly. The view from the roof patio was great. Weight room equipment appeared to be in great condition and the weight room was clean. I plan to stay here again. The one objection I had is no bell service. I am handicapped and would have preferred help with my bags.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 168Hotel Needs Major Overhaul
Chose to stay at the Med based on recent reviews of the place. Wasn't expecting a spectacular hotel, but did expect some of what the hotel boasts on the site. The staff is either untrained or inexperienced. Multilingual? Hardly. When asked for assistance, we were left waiting, and waiting. Never did receive assistance with barely working internet or non-working room key cards. The rooms are MUCH smaller than the pictures show, and the flooring is threadbare, old and musty. Huge issues with the softhold on the creditcard although the room was pre-paid, and when asked in advance for possibly keeping the room for one more night we were assured it wouldn't be a problem. The next morning, we were informed that was in fact not the case... overall, not highly impressed with our stay. I can see why the rates were dropped so low, and why the great reviews came shortly thereafter. Looking back further in the reviews- it is noticeable that the same issues we experienced were experienced by others.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 168Great Location
Decided to try a different hotel this time in Seattle. Found the price attractive. The hotel location is in the Queen Ann location, near the Space Needle and Arena. Walking distance to many Seattle attractions, outside of noisy downtown. Will definitely stay at this location again. The roof-top deck with sweeping views earns a 10+.

Nice hotel and room. I'd recommend it highly. Great value, nice staff. Parking extra but underground and secure. Nice room with refrig and coffee in room. Safeway grocery store right around the corner. No restaurant but many close by. Nice neighborhood. Easy travel to downtown.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 168Serviceable Hotel
The hotel was fairly clean, safe, and quiet. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was pretty big, though it had a double bed, so if it had any larger betd it probably would have seemed small. A few things to be aware of: 1. Parking was $15 a day (not included in hotels.com price). 2. Internet was $5 a day, and not wireless. You had to get a cord from the front desk to plug in and use it. 3. There was no air conditioning in the room. You could open the window and there was a ceiling fan. This was fine for mid October, but I don't know how I'd like it in the summer. The room had a nice little kitchenette and a big bathroom. They gave complimentary water and microwave popcorn. It would be a good place for an extended stay for vacation, or for business, as long as you had your own access to wireless.

Nice hotel, teriffic service. I came to Seattle just for one day for a job interview. I checked out early in the morning around 7 am. They held my bags all day until I came back from my interview.
