Shuttle buses a good deal

I found the Regal Sun to be a good price and the staff very friendly and helpful. The buses were easy to use and always on time. I would stay there again.

Ok for the price, but lousy service

The hotel is chronically understaffed which is reflected in the long lines at the front desk, as well as the annoyed people behind it. Overall ok, given the low price/night.

Fantastic location

For the price and location of this hotel, it was a bargain! The lobby was fantastic and we walked to Downtown Disney Marketplace within 3 minutes. I'd definately stay here again.

Great hotel for the money

Excellent location it's right across from Downtown Disney. The hotel pool is really nice for couples and families. Considering that it's not a Disney hotel it had the feel of disney.

Room Review

Although the location was great, the quality of the hotel was quite poor. The room temp/AC was not working properly, and you could hear noise from the outside which was difficult when you are trying to go to sleep. Additonally, the bathroom tub was clogged and when we wanted to have an express check out, it did not work from the room TV!

Good hotel, can improve in certain areas

The main draw of the Regal Sun Resort is that it is a 5 minute walk to Downtown Disney. The staff was courteous and service was prompt. However, the rooms were mediocre at best with weak wifi and rough comforters. The hotel's restaurant leaves much to desired in terms of quality and selection. Skip the character buffet as the Disney parks offer their own at a lower price.

Great time, great service, great location

Easy check in, comfortable room, awesome amenities. Was a little put off by 25 dollar resort fees and getting stuck at hollywood studious (no return bus to be found) but the pros outweighed the cons. Location is ideal, walking distance to downtown disney, buses to all the parks, great pool and the friendliest staff. We will be back for sure! A+

Good price and location

The location and price of the hotel made it worth staying there. There were some problems with cleanliness but if you're just looking for a place to sleep while you're at Disney, then it's fine. The hotel is right across the street from Downtown Disney and its buses.
