Love the hotel, the location is great its walking distance to downtown disney. I stayed in the tower thats the best option. Would stay there again.

great for te money

If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel for you. But if you are looking for comfort, conveinience, and great value for the money then this IS the hotel for you. The rooms are nicely remodeled and the lobby is very nice. I only had one problem and it was the bartender at the bar. He obviously doesn't like his job. But the rest of the staff was great and courteous. Just a quick taxi to downtown Disney and a short ride in a free bus to Disney parks. I'll stay again. PS- The pool area is great!

This Hotel Loves Kids!

Kids Play Area in Lobby, Fun Director outside Bus area with Games, Splash Park in Pool, Character Dining, etc... Group of 14 people, 5 kids, had a GREAT 5 day stay!

Great location. Good value for room. Prices in snack/gift shops are outrageous. Staff good but not as knowledgeable as they could be. Rooms housekeeping adequate but could improve.

Overall not worth the price

When we arrived they downgraded our room. It took me 15 minutes to get this fixed, and another customer came up and had the same problem. The front desk service was not very pleasant and did not appear empowered to help guests. When we got the correct room it smelled of mold. Their were brown stains on two of the five pillow covers and the bathroom did had some strange stains on the walls. The bell hop was the one redeeming feature about this hotel he was knowledgible about the area, friendly, and willing to help. Parking at night is almost impossible as they do not have enough parking spots for the rooms. It took almost 20 minutes of driving around to find a spot and I noticed most cars were parked on curbs and in grass areas. The front desk also gave me a coupon and said see guest services for more info. When I went to guest services, the girl that handed me an envelope with coupons for local stores and restaurants couldn't be bothered to get off her cell phone. I tried the gym while I was there and found that the water jug was not replaced and remained empty from one night until well after 10 the next morning, when we checked out. I have stayed in several hotels in this area for the same price and found them all to be cleaner and better staffed. I will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone else.

Outstanding room for the price !!!!

We were a late arrival and the night manager was awesome !!!! The hotel was very busy !! We were given an upgrade which we were not expecting. A deluxe room with a comfy kingsize bed,large sitting area, mini kitchen, & huge picture windows with a spectacular view !!! They were in the process of renovations and I think our room used to be two rooms and they must have knocked down a divider wall and made one large studio suite.Only have one issue and that was the newly redone shower...could've had better water pressure..the hand held shower head was a pain but all in all we had a great stay and would recomend this hotel to our family and friends. Oh and the Valet was awesome too !!

decent hotel

This hotel was decently priced and close the attractions. was bummed though that the busses didn't run for disneys not so scary halloween event but other than that i was a good hotel for the area. much cheaper than a disney owned resort

Great Price for a Family Vacation - Character Breakfast is not worth it

The Hotel is definetely worth it for the price. There were a lot of families and the pool was great. The character breakfast is a rip off. There was not a great deal of choices and we experience a long wait while they would have to restock the food. (20 minutes for pancakes alone) Also beware they ONLY have Goofy and Pluto..no other characters. I have done the character breakfasts at actual Disney Hotels/Properties. I would recommend you spend the extra money as those offer better food and all the characters. The only complaint I have is that the outside maintenance needs attention. The trash cans were overflowing the entire time we were there. There was trash on the ground because people had nowhere to put any more trash. I think it is inexcusable that the staff did not empty the trash as it also attracted bugs.

A Surprise

I was worried about the price being to good to be true. But when we arrived we were pleasently surprised of the hotel. We have never stayed off Disney property and will now concider it because of this hotel. The room was great, the beds were good, the location to downtown disney was FABULOUS!! And the best part was the pool. We ended up spending all day at the pool with the kids. It has a great kid area and a outdoor eating area. The little kitchen outside had just to the right things to order. Nothing over the top just easy things. The hotel was very clean and the mini groccery store came in real handy. So over all a great deal!!

Great Kiddy Pool and Customer Service

This was a great hotel with a great location for the price. You're right next to downtown Disney which is super convenient. The pool and the kiddy pool area was wonderful and our little ones (3 and 1.5yr) had a great time. We actually left some clothes in the room and they were more than helpful when we called about it. They offered to mail the clothes to us. Sure enough, by the time we got home, we had a box in front of our door with all the clothes. We were very pleased with the integrity of their staff.
