Trip Type: Special Event Review 1 of 94Paid "resort fee" any many of the resort programs were not running through the winter....
We really were disappointed in this hotel. The room was very small, and a lot of the resort programs that contribute to the resort fee were no longer running int he winter months.

We walked to Downtown Disney in 2 minutes. The hotel was old but rooms had been updated. Pool area was GREAT! Would definitely stay here again, especially for the cost.

Location was great, Price (discount for one night) was fair but to call this a "Disney Resort" is a stretch. We stayed in the "Motel" portion of the hotel and the rooms were old (but newly painted). Elevator was broken so had to go to elvator across the hotel. Nice Motel, not a Resort or Hotel.

House keeping knocked on our door the next morning 3 times before we checked out. First time was at 8:00 am waking us up. Hot water did not work after 11:00 pm. Elevator would get stuck on the 5th floor.

Everytime we stay here even if its just a night or two - we always have a great time. Staff are friendly and polite - the location is prime - pool area is very relaxing - its just an all over fun place and we will always come back.

the room was more than adequate in size, it was clean, although it had a musty smell which disapated with turning up the A/C. The pool was gorgeous and you can't get any closer to downtown disney. It had easy access to the highways and to all things Orlando. I would gladly stay here again.

Greast location, surprised by price we paid--Hotel maid came early for check-out clean, I said we were still cleaning and said we would be out by the check out time of 11 AM. SHe said take your time, she'd come back. We had a chance to use the facilities longer-great pool area & kids liked the basketball court.

The actual room itself was not clean. The bathroom sink and shower look as if they are wiped down and not scrubbed or disinfected. One of the pillows had a blood stain. Mildew in the cracks of the bathroom.

Nice, comfortable, clean hotel in great location to Disney Downtown; however, service could have been better. There were not enough front desk clerks on duty at either check-in or check-out, plus room keys did not work due to a computer problem. When we pulled up front to register, the valet asked for our car key in case car had to be moved. Once we stood in line a long time to check-in, our car had been moved and then the valet became a "salesman" for their service. We later found out that price on our room bill for this service was higher than quoted by valet. Also, the continental breakfast which we understood was to be included was only free for children. As nice as this hotel was, we would recommend "buyer beware" on the extra charges!
