Excellent Hotel

Great location and the free bed turn-down service was a nice touch. The cash bar prices for items in the room could be more reasonable. All in all this was a great hotel and we will stay there again.

Outstanding hotel and location!

Beautiful, grand, hotel and location is excellent. If you are someone that appreciates historic landmarks along with first class accomodations, you will love this hotel.

Outstanding Hotel

The New York Palace is a luxury hotel located across the street from St Patrick's Cathedral. Its location is perfect. The decor is opulent and luxurious while also being very up to date. The lobby and guest rooms are immaculate. The staff are congenial, accomodating and efficient. The recently renovated executive lounge is quite nice and offers beautiful views. My only caution is the expense of breakfast in the lobby, while it was very good as was the service it was pricey even by New York standards. There are many more reasonable options outside the hotel. I highly recommend the New York Palace!

great experience

Great location, very helpful concierge staff. We were upgraded to a room overlooking the church on check-in - beautiful view. Will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Hotel

Great location, room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a terrific king-sized bed.Staff were friendly and competent and the Palace has all the services and features of a luxury hotel.

The Palace it Was

We try to stay in top hotels on personal trips and we were very happy with The NY Palace. The room was a spacioous corner with a great view of NY and especially St. Patricks Cathedral. I worked in NYC for 15+ years and it was grea to get back to this wonderful midtown neighborhood. It is very convenient to the theater district, shopping and sme fine restaurants. Service was great and cecking in and out was a breeze.
