Great Place to stay, Friendly staff,if you need anything call room Service they will be there in a very short time ! If you need help they are right there ! Yes I'm going to tell all of my friends about the Arizona Grand Resort !

wonderful stay at the arizona grand resort

the room was beautiful. the beds are so comfortable that even a fun filled day at the water park wasnt enough to get me up. the drinks at the poolside bar were great. hotel employees were friendly. the waterpark was alot of fun, and wasnt overly crowded. already planning my next stay. Highly reccomended!

Mostly Great Experience

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here as we love the water park. The rooms are very comfortable. However, the main lobby has been moved and there was not good signage or directions from the old one. One of the attendants who offered to show us to our room got lost! Also the stairs up to the 3 water slides was very dirty both days and should be washed off at least twice a day.

Full of entertainment

The Oasis water park was a hit with our four children and ourselves. Fun for all ages. We will definitely be goin back this summer!

FANTASTIC

The resort is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were spacious and very well maintained. The staff was always helpful and very nice. The spa services were top notch and the pools were all heated and very relaxing. They have multiple hot tubs and plenty of lifeguards in the water park area.

Pretty Good - But 2 Huge Disappointments/Mistakes

I loved the convenience of this hotel being right off the freeway. The staff was more than nice with each experience we had with them. However, I was extremely disappointed with 2 very important factors. 1) the fact that there was food left in the minibar from the previous guess. Whenever something like that happens it makes you question the cleanliness of the entire room. 2) I was also very disappointed with the conceirge giving us a restaurant name for dinner that hadn't been in business for 2+ years. Very upsetting to drive all the way there only to come up empty handed and not know where else to go.

Kids were very entertained-fun for the whole family.

Outstanding Hotel

This was an awesome hotel with the water park (Oasis) included. If you have kids it's great. We deffinatley got our monies worth and then some. Also with the poolside restaurant and 3 other restaurants on the property, you don't even have to go anywhere.
