The only bad thing is first day we got there the waterpark closed at 5 next day summer hours stayed open till 8.. Very pricey for soda and etc in shop but other then that a great time and planning on going back in july. recommend to everyone..

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 9 of 74Beware of Resort Fee
THIS PROPERTY CHARGES A RESORT FEE THAT WE DID NOT SEE WHEN WE BOOKED THROUGH THIS SITE AS IT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL CHARGES PAID THROUGH HOTELS.COM. THE HOTEL (OR RESORT AS THEY LIKE TO CALL THEMSELVES),CHARGES FOR IT SEPARATELY. WE WANTED A CLEAN ROOM FOR THE NIGHT AND WHEN WE ARRIVED FROM SEDONA AROUND 8:00 P.M, WE ANTICIPATED STAYING TO AROUND 8:30 A.M.BEFORE CATHCING OUR FLIGHT. WHEN CHECKING IN WE WERE NOT THAT OUR STAY HAD BEEN PAID FOR THROUGH HOTELS.COM AND TOOK OUR CREDIT CARD FOR ANY INCIDENTALS THAT WE MIGHT INCUR. THE NEXT MORNING, WE RECEIVED A BILL FRO THE RESORT CHARGE(THIS IS NOT A CHEAP PROPERTY TO BEGIN WITH.) APPARENTELY IT IS FOR THE USE OF THE POOL, PING PONG TABLES, AND COFFEE IN YOUR ROOM. MANAGEMENT WAS RUDE WHEN QUESTIONED AND SAID THAT I SHOULD HAVE READ THE KEY PACKET WHEN WE CHECKED IN. THEY HAVE A PRETTY HIGH OPINION OF THEMSELVES HERE AND REALITY DOES NOT MATCH THEIR PERCEPTION.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 10 of 74beautiful property>
Great facility for youngters! We stayed in the Sedona Tower and it needs an upgrade. The furnishings are a little old. Drinks and food and the Oasis water park are a little on the expensive side. All in all it is a beautiful property.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 12 of 74Fantastic stay at an outstanding hotel resort
My wife and I stayed at the Arizona Grand Hotel for a four-day vacation in March. We found the room, the grounds, and especially the service to be outstanding. Every staff member went out of his/her way to be helpful and friendly. Excellent room, beautiful grounds, perfect location, and a very good value. I used the golf driving range and putting green several times (at no charge for resort guests) and we went to Oasis, the water park, twice. I would definitely recommend this resort. We hope to stay here again.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 74Good Value for Price Paid-Waterpark was not open during winter
We met at this hotel for a small family get together with relatives that met us from the mid-west. There was construction going but our room was far enough away we didn't hear it. The waterpark was closed during week and on weekend only opened activity pool. Not so fun for the kids. There were no kid friendly activities happening at the hotel, so that is an issue if traveling with family. The room was very clean and spacious and well maintained. The hotel is an all suite hotel which is nice. The athletic club classes were good. There were nice trails to hike attached to property. Overall I'd give it a B minus.
