The lobby and entrance of the hotel were gorgeous, however the room was tiny, so if you are planning on staying more than 2 nights, you might want to consider the presidential suite or something larger.

While driving up to the hotel I noticed it looked old as could be and parking lot could use a cleaning. Getting out of my car to go check in there was dirty underwear right in front of the main entrance. Then I went to check in and the clerk told me she was going to upgrade me to a skyroom. Which was nice maybe if I didn't reserve and pay for a skyroom already. Once I got to my room it seemed small and when I bent over to get something I had dropped I noticed there was trash under the sofa chair. All in all I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 18Did not receive the room that we reserved.
We reserved a Junior Suite, however, when my wife checked in about 4:00PM, we were given a regular room. When I arrived about 5:30, I called down to the front desk and was told that all of the Junior Suites were already occupied. Anna at guests services was very nice and offered to change us to another regular room with a better view, she also removed the parking charge and give us a coupon for two continental breakfasts, in total about $30. However, I would have preferred to have the room we reserved. There was a big wedding reception going on and I can't help but think that they cave our Junior Suite to one of them, probably a "full paying guest".

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 18AWESOME STAY
Marvin and I were celebrating his 25th birthday. It was awesome that we got to stay on th 15th floor, after being told we were on the 12th floor when we checked in. One of the dest clerks, Erc I think his name is, suggested this awesome tatoo parlor that Marvin was able to get his first tatoo. Thank guys! we will be comming back in may!

I thought the hotel was nicely appointed and a pleasure to stay at. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The surrounding area was a little less friendly, more downtown/college like with homeless people peeing on the sidewalks across the street. Otherwise the facility was very nice.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 18Wonderful Hotel
The employees were all very helpful and genuine from the time we arrived till the time we left. It had a modern yet very comfortable environment both in the lobby and in the rooms. Great view from the 11th floor. And the price was very reasonable.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 18Great hotel on a budget
I reserved a sky level room for 3 nights for a getaway with my girlfriend, and we both loved the hotel. Very classy decor and nice inviting lobby. The room had a great view of the city and mountains. The bed was huge and comfortable, especially the pillows. The 32" LCD TV was nice, too bad no HDTV though. The bathroom was small but clean and brightly lit. The location is great, near the interstate but also away from the traffic of the city center. Free parking, too. Considering the price, this is a great bargain hotel!

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 18My thoughts
For the Junior Suite the bathroom was a joke. Small and when you took a shower the water would go hot every 5 minutes where it would burn u if you didn't jump away from it. This made me very unhappy! Maid service sucked, not to mention she didn't hear us say no and came into the room. Other then that the hotel was great, the food was great and the location was great. Great price, but they need to update the bathrooms. Oh, and when we asked where a good dance bar was, we got told by the girl behind the desk "I don't know, I don't go to bars!" VERY RUDE.
