great room for the money

it was a great view...the pool was dirty and the bath tub was stopped up but other than that it was fine

Could have been better

No hot water in the morning time. Microwave plate missing, asked for one, never received one for the whole week. Great view of the ocean. Has it's own peir.

Nice Place

Good room for the money

Room was okay. the handle on sliding glass door was removed and laying on the air unit. We had to fix ourselves.

"Great room for the money"

I enjoyed my stay at the Springmaid Beach Resort. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a great room for the amount of money that I paid.

Nice Hotel

This was a nice hotel. It is a little older. Fortunately, my room was ready when I arrived, but when I got to the room my keys did not work but housekeeping let me in until maintenance arrived. However, the replacement keys did not work either. Door had to be reprogrammed. The room had a refrigerator and microwave which was very convenient. The beds were slightly hard, but I like a firm bed. The air conditioner was already on when I entered the room so that was nice. Despite the issue with the keys, I would stay again.

Great Vacation Spot!

My best friend and I wanted to go on a rather cheap vacation to the beach before I moved to a different city and this hotel was absolutely perfect for the rate! We were right along the beach, had a very spacious room with a fridge and microwave so we weren't spending tons of money eating out every meal. The staff was very friendly and were prompt to keep the noise down when it hit "quiet time". I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and in fact I believe my parents are interested in planning a getaway of their own! I know I will definitely be back!

Not Bad

The room was nice, people were friendly, view wasn't too bad, however the bed was rock hard, and the pools are very very very very tiny and crowded. Also, there was extremely limited parking. We had to park in the street. The price was great and its a great place to stay if your going site seeing all day and just want a place to sleep.
