DON'T STAY HERE EVER

First we called 3 times on the way to the hotel before we got an answer. Then when we got there, I was told to go to one building and after not finding it there, I was told it is the other building. Then when my girlfriend went into the room ahead of me, she rushed back out because the TV was on and there was sheets and pillows on the couch and chair and further into the room I fould the bed unmade and dirty. Then we go back to the office and they find us another room. After all that, we just decided to leave and they could not have cared less. No response from messages left for manager.

Excellent Hotel

The Room was very nice. One of the nicest I have ever stayed in. We didn't stay long, and didn't have much contact with the staff. The contact we did have was pleasant. This Place is very clonvienent to the Casinos.

check in

The check in was a little rocky. When we arrived the hotel did not have us in the computer, so we had to wait over an hour just so we could check in. When we did get in our room it was not the room I paid for, so I had to go back down to get the right room. This was almost another hour. Then we had to move all our things to the other room. After getting to the right room, the room was great. It was just what I expected. So over all I'd say a great place to stay, great rooms. Just make sure you call ahead of time to make sure everything is in order so you don't have to wait to long to check in.

Great Room, Good Location to casino

The resort was beautiful, but when we got to the room, we noticed it was cold, so we moved the hearter up and went to dinner, when we returned we noticed it was stilled cold, we tried to call the front desk by using the front desk button but it didn't work, I finally found another # & when we called everyone had left for the day,SO we had to spend the entire night in a cold room inside when it was 30 degrees outside, spoke with the manager and he stated they can only give me $20 back on my stay.

Needs Improvement

Stayed here inthe off season. Its a time share deal and service is terrible during this time. Room was very clean though. Wont stay again.

Outstanding Resort

The hot tub in the bathroom was very relaxing, and the there is even a tv in the bathroom as well. The kitchen was nice also, and even the living room area. They even have a private balcony. This resort was the best I've ever stayed in!

needs inprovement

I was charged an additional $50.00 of my credit card and when I asked for an explaination I was told it was not a charge and it was used in the event we used the telephone and the charges would not apply. That was on 2/1/08 and it is now 2/6/08 and the $50.00 is still on my credit card. Please advise. The check in clerk seems too busy on a personal call to assist me.

condo was clean and comfortable. not too busy and close to what we were doing liked to fix breakfast in room and this worked out great

Lacking amenities

The room was nice in appearance, but it did smell a little like old pet. I used a blanket in the closet that really smelled bad. There is also nowhere on the property where you can get snacks or drinks. They did have a pool and jacuzzi, which we did not use. It almost seemed as though the property was semi-operational.
