superb hotel

Savoy is outstanding. In Moscow you must have staff who speak English. Staff at the Savoy are fluent, helpful, and perceptive. Rooms are spectacular. Fabulous lap pool, convenient location, great brunch daily. Worth every penny and then some.

Expensive But Comfortable

Pros were: 1.Great Location, 2. Comfortable room, although smaller than expected, 3. Professional staff at front desk 4. Fabulous buffet breakfast, 5. Beautiful pool. Cons were: 1. Expensive for size of room, 2. Very unattractive view of inner metal roof of hotel, 3. Consierge service pleasant but unhelpful, 4. Front desk personnel were not friendly but were usually helpful, had spotty English, except for one who was helpful, very nice, and had skillful English. 5. Workout room distant and isolated; scary for single woman
