Pathetic Service

I had the worst ever experience booking for hotels. We booked for few double beds and we were first given one king size bed instead of a double bed. On reporting this our room was chnaged to a double bed, only to realize later that the rooms were not housekeeped properly. The bathroom was full of water and somebody has pushed a towel inside the toilet making it unusable and moreover the whole bathroom was flooded with water from the toilet. On reporting this we were told they can do nothing about the toilet and all they can do is give us bed spreads which we can spread ourselves. On waiting for around 30 minutes in the midnight they came back saying that they are out of spreads as well. Nobody had the decency to apologise for the mistake even. I am even pondering over the option of disputing my transaction.

NO SHUTTLE HOTELS.COM HAS NOT CHANGED INFO

OTHER THAN THE 10 DOLLAR CAB RIDE IT WAS GREAT FOR THE PRICE AND SERVICE WAS VERY HELPFUL

Needs improvement due to cleaning...

I noted there they only supplyed 2 bath towels for starters. There was a microwave and coffee maker but no small fridge. Where are we suppose to keep our creamers or parishable??? And last but not least the bathroom was not clean, I had dropped my bottle of shampoo on the floor and when picking it up I had looked over at the toilet. I'll be nice and say it was just nasty. It looked like the toilet hadn't even gotten a brush around with the scrubber. I've worked in hotel housekeeping before, and I was taught if even 1 hair was found, the room was dirty. Will I stay there again?? Not likely...

Need to hire someone who wants to work

Really bad time check in time was 3:00pm got there at 6:30 pm to check in the room wasn't ready no one could tell us anything people running around like chickens with their heads cut off. do nothing to help. the manager run and hid in the back room wasn't able to check into the room until later that night. what else good have went wrong oh yeah we missed our dinner date because we sit in the lobby waiting for answers of why we didn't have a room to check in. Never again! Called rep for hotel.com no one could help us and never did hear from a manager that was suppose to call us back from hotel .com Thanks for every thing
