Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 10Excellent location
A very short walk to the New Acropolos Museum, which is highly recommended, although it was very crowded on Saturday afternoon in early October.

Make sure you ge a room with a view of the Acropolis which is one block away. V ery convenient to the lively Plaka area and right next to the NEW Acropolis Museum. Couldn't be better located.

This hotel is of very good quality and very close to the plaka. Room with view on the Parthenon is a must to ask.

We looked for a hotel that we could see the Acropoles from the hotel roof garden and it would be easy walking distance to the acropoles and the museum and this hotel was the perfect fit.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 10Excellent location
As others have said, this is in a great location with a stunning roof garden. Rooms are clean, newly renovated, with large bathrooms. My only complaint is that we were next to the maids' closet and they started making considerable noise at 7am.

The hotel was fairly well located. From what I read and have now experienced, Athens is not a well kept city. You go there for the sites. With that being said viewing the sites lit up at night was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. The hotel itself was modern and attractive from the lobby as well as the street. Not at all over the top though. So if that's what you want you'll need to go to the five stars. The hotel was well kept and clean and the staff was not rude but not overly friendly either. Breakfast is not fancy but met our expectancy of the average B&B breakfast. Our room and bathroom was small. But most in Athens are. The hotel location was in what felt like a bad area, not well kept, graffiti and building repair everywhere. This is also typical I have heard so I wasn't dissappointed or surprised. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the New museum and the outside edge of the Plaka. If your looking to be in the thick of the Plaka this is not the location you want.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 10next to new Acropilis Museum
Good location near walking distance of Acropolis and next to new Museum. Walking distance to Plaka region ( resturant section). One stop on metro south of Syntagma Square,( but check the metro schedules as we found that it was closed from Athens Airport due to construction of 3 new stations). Staff was very nice and helped us book tours and even printed our boarding pass when we asked. I would stay there again.
