Doubletree Club Hotel Boston Bayside

very happy

after reading the reviews on this hotel i was a bit worried,but it WAS in my price range so i booked it. And to my surprise,it was a VERY nice hotel with a VERY friendly staff! only thing is that it has nothing to do around it,but a quick train trip will get you to whatever you want. I would stay here again,(and most likely will).

Good Price, Far from Harbor and downtown

They did shuttle us which was nice, but the staff wasn't very pleasant and it was very difficult to find the hotel even with the gps. major construction

We stayed in order to catch a plane early in the morning from Logan airport. The rooms were nice, the bed comfortable...(the carpets were a bit stained...) but honestly for the price we were pleased

when talking to the staff about things that arouse like parking getting us on the shuttle they were rude and inconsidert

Area a little sketchy and tough to locate

Use mapquest or a GPS because hotel is pretty hidden. Area was a little sketchy because of all the convergence of highways and nothing else really around hotel.

needs to step it up a bit

the stay was nothing to rave or complain about. nothing went bad so i need to be grateful for that. otherwise it could use a little more pizazz. kinda dulled down

Ok Hotel for the price

Parking was $10 per day (which was not listed on the website). There are two addresses for this hotel in Boston - with different zip codes - one is about an hour South of the hotel. Room service menu says it closes at 11 - it actually closed at 10. Not a great overall experience.

Difficult location

Hotel was fine but the location was difficult to get to. Note: there are no restaurants in the hotel or in the surrounding area. Airport shuttle is only hourly.

Conviniance at its best.

This hotel was just what we were looking for. Comfortable, friendly and very close to everything interesting in Boston. Our room was nice an spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others and i will book the same hotel when i visit Boston again! Ps: the welcoming cookie at check-in is delicious!!! =]
