Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 20Not too shabby
The hotel is convenitely located just outside the major city and close to a public transportation hub. This area is not visually appealing as it is close to an industrial area. A good value for the leasure or travel.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 20Convenient location
great price for being just outside Boston but providing a quick 3 minute walk to the subway and 5 quick stops to downtown.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 20Great hotel for the price...
The hotel was great for the price. The location was very close to the JFK/UMASS t station which made it very easy to get around. However, there was not much in the surrounding area so you have to travel to eat. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. Allowed us to check in 4 hours early. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

Yummy cookies! Wonderful bed. Great shuttle service to airport at 4:00AM. Nice to be able to print airline boarding pass at their business center.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 20Disappointed about Boston in Austin
The "restaurant" was a joke. The shuttle service was extremely limited. The water pressure in the shower wasnt very good. For the amount of money we paid the room was unremarkable.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 20good for the money
hotel was very clean and for the price that we paid it was definitely worth it. I just wish that the hotel had a pool or more on site things to do. it is very close to the subway which made it very convenient. however it would be a better hotel if they had a place to eat instead of that cafe. breakfast would definately make the hotel well worth it. overall, for the price we paid it was worth it.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 20Great Hotel, Great Price, Great Cookie
This was a great hotel, especially for the price we paid. After driving for such a long time that day, it was so nice to come to a comfortable hotel, and even get a cookie when checking in. The location is great. It is two blocks away from a T stop that will bring you downtown in a matter of minutes. Overall, had a very good experience.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 20Weekend get away-
My wife and I stayed at the Doubletree Hotel, and had a very pleasant stay. Clean rooms, nice exercise room and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The subway line (a must in Boston) is a 5 minute walk. I/my wife would stay here again. DNC

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 20Great room for the money
We found the hotel to be comfortable and the room was clean and pleasant. The cafe was nice but a full service restau rant would have been nice since there were none in the neighborhood. Was a block from the "T" which was nice. Price was good.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 20great hotel but needs improvement
The rooms all seemed clean, but the tub seemed a little precarious to stand in with 2 people. costs $10/day for internet. The TV has movies. No room service available. Little around the hotel in the ways of food except for a grocery store 2 blocks away. Very near the subway, so no problems there. The front desk was amenable, but gave out incorrect information regarding train schedules which gave us stress and cost us time and money to fix. They did offer an upgrade on a future stay for the inconvenience.
