Exceptional Hotel/Resort

Although we had dinner many times at the resort restaurant T.Cooks which is a favorite when traveling to Phoenix we had never stayed there. Our stay was delightful and we will be back - a complete getaway - lovely room- fine dining and a spa to die for. Highly recommended!

Peace & Quiet

You can really relax here. The people and service are over the top.

Wonderful experience

The hotel is lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed our 40th birthday girls weekend celebration there. It was a great experience from a massage at the spa, to laying around the pool and enjoying chatting with others. We walked the canal and enjoyed the resort restaurant. Just wonderful. The only strange thing was that the guest room hallway smelled like a hospital (steril), but that was easily overlooked.

The Royal Palms was the Royal treatment! Beautiful grounds, very friendly and helpful staff. I was totally happy and relaxed for my whole stay. Nicest place I've ever been. I'd highly recommend it!

Phenomonal Hotel

There is a top notch hotel. Great quality, great service. The bed was super comfy. Got great sleep in this hotel. Service was excellent. Doesn't get any better. One problem we had after checking out, the hotel charged my credit card for a missing bottle of Grey Goose from the mini-bar, and a hotel bottle opener. Neither my husband or myself even touched the mini-bar.

Absolutely first class

I have stayed at numerous 4 and 5 Star hotels around the world and I have to say I was overly impressed with this one. It was built in the 30's and still has some of that charm but Management has kept the rooms up to date which gives the impression of a new hotel. The only negative comment has to do with the water. But this is the case in all of Phoenix. Don't drink the water and never use it to make coffee. As for the hotel, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Best Hotel Ever !!!!!!!!!!!

Not much to say 'outstanding' says it all. The staff addressed me by name. The room was huge the bedroom and living area were separated with flat screens in each section. The bathroom was incredibly big and decorated tastefully. The pool is open 24 hours which we utilized at 3 AM. The bar is a little pricey but excellent service and quality drinks. The restaurant serves late in a really great atmosphere. Nothing at this place needs improvement.

Very nice hotel. We did get a great last moment deal, and really enjoyed our stay.

best hopitality ever

We have stayed in other 5 star resorts, but the Royal Palms Resort was indeed the best trained staff in all aspects. The little details are important; especially enjoyed the "Illy" pressed coffee in the room.

Beautiful Property

The Royal Palms Resort was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and even somewhat hidden in corridors and surrounded with gorgeous landscaping which increased the romantic appeal for us. It is on the pricey side, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.
