No hot water

I had to take cold showers 2 days because there was no hot water. When I called the front desk there answer was someone will fix it tommarow they shoud of had someome come out right then when theyn found out that the whole building did not have hot water

Needs Improvement

When I got to my room, I wanted to take a shower, but there was no hot water! I called the front desk and they said they would send a maintence repairman. A half an hour went by and I called again. This time they said that the boiler broke and that it should be fixed by 7 am. I mentioned the problem with the hot water at check out and the compt 20 off the bill.

Out dated, smelled like mildew

No frills. Dead light bulb in room, AC worked so-so.

Great for the money

Star rating is accurate. This hotel is the best for your money. I tried others in hotel circle around this price range ( sale price through hotels.com). This is one of the BEST! I always try to get 2 rooms for me to check before actually checking in. Front desk was helpful and didn't have a problem with it. It's clean but need new carpets, some of the room smells, TV sucks but works. Internet on some rooms is very slow. Parking space it tight but free. They do give free rides if driver is available. Don't expect to much for the price you pay. Go with the star rating, it's very accurate.

Blast from the Past

This hotel was clean, good service and had good accommodations; however, I was not prepared for the oldness of the hotel. There were changes to the room to try to make it more modern, but it was just old. Also, the lot next to the hotel was empty and overrun with junk, weeds, etc. and making it seem as though in a bad area.

Cramped parking, old-ish

parking spots are way too tight. of course, i got dinged despite my best efforts. just driving through the maze was tough in places. the pool was out of the way, cramped, and had no sunlight. front desk was a bit disinterested, and i walked back the full length of the property to get working replacement keycards. one of the business center computers was out of order. nothing useful by foot for more than a mile in any direction. tons of in-room amenities, and the room was much newer feeling than the halls. television was great, wi-fi was strong and fast. i'd rather have paid less.
