Kids will have a blast

Overall, we were pretty pleased with the hotel. The staff worked hard to please. The kids had an absolute blast. They loved all the slides. There were life guards stationed all around the pools and it was fully fenced in, so you could let the kids run around safely. They had adult beverage stations conveniently around to keep the parents smiling. If you go there for self-enjoyment, you might be dissapointed. It doesn't have luxuries for adults. It's strictly centered around kids having fun, and does it well. The hotel is old and not the cleanest one around, but if you want a place to put your feet up while your kids experience amusement park fun, it's a good place to check out (or check in).

Wonderful!

One recommendation I have for future guest...if you can afford to rent a cabanna by the pool, DO IT! The pool areas get really packed and it is hard to find seats to put your towels and such...especially those w/small children, the cabanna is a wonderful way to get a break from the sun and let little ones nap while older kids can still play within eyesight of the parents!

LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD WITH THIS HOTEL IS THAT WHEN WE WENT TO CHECK OUT WE TOLD THE FRONT DESK THAT ALL THREE TVS IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK AT ALL. SHE SEEMED TO NOT GIVE A SHIT. NICE CUSTOMER SEVICE.. HOTEL OVER ALL WAS GOOD. FRONT DESK NEEDS BETTER TRAINING OR PEOPLE THAT JUST CARE

Piece of Crap Hotel

I will never, ever go to such hotel. I should have gone to Gaylord Palms which one of the best hotels in Orlando. I made my reservation for two rooms with King Beds, but when I got there, they gave me a two tiny rooms with one king bed and a small children's bed. I was so disappointed that I did not even want to sleep in the hotel. I went to disney and spent most of the rest of the time in my car. I was so ashamed by seeing my friends sleeping on a child bed in a tiny room. That was a disaster.
