Great pool, dirty rooms

The pool/waterpark are awesome, but the rooms are less than desirable. Dirty spots all over the front of the fridge and the kitchen floor felt as if it had never been mopped. We were in a one bedroom suite, which had a full kitchen. Size was good for our family of four.

My son had an Amazing Time

I would highly recommend this hotel for families with children who are 12 years and under. The Nick hotel has mastered catering to kids. My son had an "amazing time". He loved his room, he loved the water park and pool, the game room,the 4-D movies,the slime (which should be done more frequently since the kids love it so much) Reminder: Your kids will need to be at the pool side at 10:44am and 4:44pm to be in the front of the line to get slimed-lol. He also loved the food. We stayed at the perfect time and it was not crowded ( wont mention the dates since we'll do those dates again). My son had such a good time that we only visted one other park since he didn't want to leave. We went to Sea Word and as we were driving there, he said he wanted to go back to the Hotel. A great place for kids. However, as a mother, I didn't like the food choices and the food court is a bit pricy, but so is the rest of Orlando. The rooms need a little upgrading. I would rate it 3.5 out of 5. Finally, your kids will have a wonderful time

Tried to cancel dates two days out, said it had to be three. They do not have the evening activiies they had before. Elevator not working but did not tell us so we had to lub luggage two buildings over to use elevator. When room was ready said to go to guest services. Went there and they told me I had to stand in line like checking in again---UGH- then noticed the last window had it's own line for room keys only@@@####@#.

Never in our lives have we stayed in a Hotel like Nickelodeon. We were in Awe!! We never left the resort. we've decided that we would return in the fall. The service was the best.

elevators were small, and very slow.

Great Room

The hotel was geared towards small children, but my kids (13 and 14) enjoyed it anyways. The rooms were clean and the kids enjoyed the bunkbeds.

"Fabulous Family Hotel"

The Nickelodeon Hotel was a vacation within itself.! Once my daughter saw the hotel, she did not even want to go to Seaworld. It offered wonderful pools, great shows, and a superior Breakfast with the characters. I was a travel agent for 27 years, and I would highly recomend this hotel to any family going to Orlando!
