2-Star Hotel All the Way

First, this hotel is right next to a fairly scary area of Paris, which I was warned about before. Second, the 80 steps up I was also warned about, but after long days of walking its a bit trying. The 7 Euro breakfast is a rip off and should be avoided. There are ZERO amenities in this hotel. The front desk help was nice was about the only positive thing.
