Great Hotel

Greatlocation. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful stay. Next time I go to Myrtle Beach I'm staying here again.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL

OUTSTANDING HOTEL & EMPLOYEES. HAVE BEEN GOING TO MYRTLE BEACH FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE STAYED IN DIFFERENT HOTELS ON THE BEACH. BY FAR THIS STAY WAS THE BEST! ONLY DISSAPOINTMENT EXERCISE ROOM NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

Great room for the Money

This room was very nice for the rate that I was given. Oceanfront with balcony. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It had an outdoor pool and a covered small lazy river area, on the pathway to the beach which was connected to the hotel. I would stay there again.

Good for the Money!

The check in was easy and they didn't charge any hidden fees, which was nice after paying over $500 in hidden fees at other hotel and car rental agency. The room was nice but had a funny smell to it. We just opened the sliding glass door and were fine. The bathroom and all else were fine. The biggest complaint was that the parking structure was far away! You had to park behind the structure of another hotel and walk back which was not fun after 8 hours of flying. But it was a nice place in all. I would definitely stay here again because it is right in the middle of everything and off the beach.

Comfortably outstanding stay!

The staff was extremely friendly, and professional. The coupons they handed out at the time of registration really helped us to find a pizza delivery for a super price after a long day. The only negative was finding a vending machine that took cash, and the ice machine was on another floor. The view was outstanding, and I loved the short stay with them. I was pleased with the value I got from Hotels.com

Pleasant Stay

We're fom Canada and enjoyed our stay here. The staff are pleasant and helpful, the hotel clean and cheerful, the view is grand.Everthing was supplied that was needed, but newspapers and coffee in the lobby would have been nice.

FALLING OFF !

missing a cover door on the A/C unit, & the Sauna wasn't working properly,& the excercise room is so small & has hardly enuff equipment there!!!! Mattresses hard & the living room furniture in this room 431 was a mess!
