Great Stay Overall

First - we booked a standard room for a conference during the weekend; at time of booking I stated non-smoking (when I got there, I got a smoking room -- with my severe allergy this would not have been okay - but housekeeping cleaned the room well - letting it air out helped....Other than some noisy neighbors which out of your control.. the stay was wonderful, very convenient...I would definitely come back but possibly to one of the tower rooms????

terrible customer service

After waiting 20 min to check in at 11am I had to recheck in at 3:30pm to get my key which took another 45 min. I wasn't the only one just waiting for a key. They people at the front desk were terrible rude and the parking is aweful. The pools are nice! Would try somewhere else first.

Needs Improvement

Booked King size bed- got 2 single beds- thought the room was oceanview but turned out it was not- even with that it was a good room for the money-

Great hotel

This was a great family friendly, fun hotel. The location is very convenient. The entertainment during the day and evening was very fun!
