Poor Service

Got to the hotel and there was nobody to check me In. It took 20 min to get someone to come to get me into my room

Great price, but no service. Room was just fine.

Avoid this place at any cost

The hotel phone system shut down over night so my wake up call did not come through and I missed my flight causing terrible problems for my business. In addition, they charged me for the room after I had already paid Hotels.com, so now I have to deal with that also. When I asked the person at the front desk what I could do about missing my flight, they acted like they could not be bothered. They did not even offer to pay for the cab to get me to the airport faster. This place is a total zero and should be avoided by any traveler.

TERRIBLE HOTEL

This place was terrible. The room, although spacious, had an odor. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were thin. The lights went out on the morning of our departure (6:00 a.m.) and there was nothing said to any of the guests. We had to roam around the room getting dressed in pitch blackness. Also, the shower was COLD. There was no hot water at all. When we told the front desk we were simply told where to leave the keys. We will NOT go back to this hotel.

It was GREAT

The staff was outstanding!! They were friendly and very curteous! My room was very nice and had a very nice area for me to work on my laptop. Full Size Fridge, sink and microwave. The room was great and the staff was wonderful!! Thank you for making my stay with you a special one!! We WILL be back!!

Poor

We will never stay at another Homestead. Dirty stained sheets with hair everywhere, after they sent us to a room that was not cleaned yet. Airport shuttle never showed up after 30 min. I missed my flight and had to have my wife drive me anyway.

Greater efficiency needed

There was only one problem. In the early morning I had to take a shuttle to the airport. The lobby doors were locked and no one was present. Luckily I had the telephone number in my cell phone, when I could not find the hotel. When I called the hotel, I was informed the the worker was busy and all I had to do was to go around the building to get to the shuttle. In these times, someone should have explained this to me the day prior, or there should have been a sign. Had I waited for the lobby doors to open I would have missed the shuttle and missed my flight.
