Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 20The place to stay in downtown Chicago for a special weekend
The pool and health club were very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Close to all major downtown attractions. The room contained all the extras you would expect in a luxury hotel.

great hotel; great location; and great service!! the rooms are beautifully appointed with contemporary furniture, the bed is super comfy, and the bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, and a separate deep tub. location is close to lots of attractions and nightlife too. this is truly a wonderful hotel.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 20Valet Troubles
Everything was as expected for a 5 star hotel until the valet lost our car and we stood at the front entry waiting for 20-25 minutes while they found it.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 20somewhat disappointing hotel
The rooms were really nice but I was disappointed in the personal service that the hotel boosts. I felt that it was overpriced for what you actually receive. The concierge and attache services were all but non- existent for help with the area

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 20Spacious, Well appointed Rooms
Although our view from the 22nd floor was not breathtaking, the room was very spacious and well appointed as to be expected of a five star hotel. The room included both the size and amenities of a junior suite. The building was still undergoing some outside construction which took away from the overall greatness of the experience. Perfect location for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Easy walk to the subways, if you want to take in a Cub's game!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 20Loved this hotel
I absolutely loved this hotel. I would have normally picked to stay at the Ritz or Four Seasons choosing a hotel. But I knew that Trump Internation was new and I had to see it. I also couldnt beat the rate that I got at hotels.com but truth be told would have paid the full price. The room was amazing-everything from the high ceilings to the bathroom which was actually better than the room itself. The only problem I had was I had no service on my cell phone from the room. Overall this room was fantastic.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 20Excellent hotel
plenty of people to help out around hotel. concierge was good but difficult to get ahold of. Rooms appointed nicely with great touches. Love the "Trump branding!" nice workout facilities and love the lap pool, though didnt get a chance to use it.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 20Great place to stay for just a few bucks more
Overall it was a very nice hotel. A few minor glitches with the curtains and phone in the room, but they were fixed. Huge room, great view of the chicago river and lake michigan on the 14 floor. Had coffee in the restaurant "Sixteen" while we waited for our room as we arrived an hour early, that was a bit of a struggle as they were not prepared for "just coffee drinkers". a bit disappointing. Will stay again for a good price like this one.
