Fabulous Hotel

Hotel and staff were outstanding. We were given an upgrade by the front desk staff which was greatly appreciated. Room service food quality did not match the quality of the hotel.

Very nice hotel

The accommodations were very nice and the hotel is in a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The lobby area is small but well decorated. My only complaints are that the bar was quite expensive, fifteen dollars per drink! The other is that for being an expensive hotel with first class accommodations they use "cheap" toilet paper in the rooms.

WOW! WOW! WOW!

We were very happy with this hotel, not only the room, but the service as well. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and this one really rated in the upper class out of all of them. We ended our vacation very satisfied!!!! Great Service!!!

Wonderful hotel, but....

This hotel was awesome...but I have two complaints. The first is that everything inside the hotel is so expensive. The soda in the frig is $6.00!!! Give me a break! If I did go back, i would definitely bring my own drinks and snacks. My other complaint is the pool. It was cold. We were freezing. Other guests said the same thing. Turn the heat up!!!

Fairly good hotel

This hotel offers good value for the money overall. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The rooms were clean, however, we had connecting rooms and the passthrough between the rooms was dirty and never cleaned. The location is not fantastic but cabs are easy to come by. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. I did have a problem at check-out when the hotel staff tried to charge me for a night that had been cancelled within the required time frame. The charge was ultimately reversed when I confronted the employee at the desk.

Great Hotel

I stay in lot's of hotels around the world. This one was outstanding. Views of the city lights at night are awesome. The king suite with a kitchen very nice for a family. The only thing that was lacking was the room service menu-very limited selections at high prices, even by hotel standards.

unbelievable

This was by far the best hotel i ever stayed in. upon arrival it was 1st class all the way. The kids got souveneir backpacks,we got moist towels, and great service. The room cannot be described by words. The bathroom mirror had a tv in it. The bed was the most comfortable with wonderful linens. The view was spectacular with push button curtains. i would reccomend this hotel to everyone i know.
